The Studios at Solana is a relaxing hillside retreat overlooking the beautiful Zihuatanejo Bay. This beautiful studio has views to the bay, 1 queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette and private terrace with hammock.

The kitchenette includes a half height refrigerator, 2 burner gas stove, sink, coffeemaker, toaster oven, cups, plates, utensils & cookware. All towels & linens are provided including beach/pool towels. The studio has both ceiling fans & air conditioning for your personal comfort.

The studio is set in a 6 studio apartment complex surrounded by lush tropical gardens for ample space and privacy. The complex has a shared infinity pool, sundeck and an open-air palapa space all overlooking the stunning Zihuatanejo bay!

Included in our rates is twice weekly maid service and free WIFI. At night we have a spanish-speaking night watchman on the property who can help call taxis and assist with food deliveries if requested. During the day we typically have a handyman or maid that can help with any requests.

We are located on a safe residential street and have ample street parking for vehicles. There is a short driveway with an incline. Parking at the top of the driveway is reserved for taxis and deliveries. The property is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for anyone with major mobility issues.

Meals (including breakfast) are no longer provided but there are 2 restaurants within a 10 minute walk open for evening meals.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Melissa (the owner) a message.

If Melissa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
