Spacious Air Conditioned villa with new secluded private swimming pool. There is also a Jacuzzi on the large roof terrace with stunning views of the mountain range and the sea.
The villa has 4 bedrooms - 2 double, 1 twin and 1 single. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, large sitting room with open log fire, and a second lounge with sofabed. It will comfortably sleep 7-9 people with plenty of room for two families to share. Utilities include a dishwasher and washing machine.
There is ample parking directly outside the villa.

The Kyrenia region

The villa is located in the small village of Zeytinlik just 5-10 minutes from the picturesque harbour town of Girne (Kyrenia). It is well placed to explore the entire Northern Coastline all within a day visit.

The Zeytinlik area

Kyrenia is recognised as the prettiest town on the island. The tranquil harbour with yachts and fishing boats is framed by the impressive Crusader Castle.
With the backdrop of the jagged Besparmak mountain range it is a wonderful place to relax or dine in one of the many restaurants on the old Venetian harbour front.
Zeytinlik is the Turkish name for olive groves which surround this unspoilt Turkish Cypriot village. It is peaceful yet only 1Km away from shops, supermarkets and amenities on the coast road.
