This is a very spacious and tastefully furnished apartment that is ideally located in a quiet residential area close to the lake, restaurants and shops and within walking distance to the Areitbhan cable car station. The accommodation comprises of one large living area with a separate kitchen.There is a sleeping alcove with bunk beds which separates the living area from the sleeping area. An expansive hall with very good wardrobe and storage facilities greets our guests. The bathroom is a good size and has a bath tub shower combination, toilet and large washbasin. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom for occasional use. The good sized balcony offers a chance to relax in the sun enjoying the scenary. The apartment offers fantastic views of the mountains which take on new characteristics as the seasons change.

Zell Am See / Schuttdorf area

Zell am See is a lakeside town [boasting one of the cleanest European swimming lakes] with a charming old centre that makes it an attractive base for holiday makers all year through. The town is one of the most significant Austrian ski resorts as it boasts three parts. The all year glacial resort Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun, the Maiskogel in Kaprun, and the Schmittenhohe in Zell am See. The constantly running ski buses ensure easy access to ski lifts and the runs satisfy every skill level. For the snowboarder there are two half-pipes and two parks, of which one is an all year FTS-boardercross course where the annual world cup is held. The resort has an impressive off-piste programme for any taste including ice-skating, sleigh rides, tobogganing, snow hiking, ballooning, hockey, paragliding, swimming in and outdoors, concerts and fests and of course, the apres-ski activities found in restaurants, bars, pubs and nightclubs.
