The studio apartment is comfortably and tastefully furnished and ideally located in a quiet residential area close to the lake, restaurants and shops. The studio apartment comprises of one large living area with a separate kitchen and eating area.There is a sleeping alcove which separates one from the living area. There is an expansive hall way with very good storage facilities. The bathroom is newly decorated and has a bath tub shower combination and toilet. The apartment offers fantastic views of the mountains which take on new characteristics as the seasons change.

Austria is a beautiful country which can not fail to impress any visitor. Its diverse landscape lays host to numerous sporting and leisure activities. Salzburg, the capital of Salzburgerland, boasts an intriguing history and the birthplace of Mozart (currently celebrating his 250 year birthday). The infamous "Sound of Music Tour" should not be missed! Nearer to home you can visit the spectacular Krimml waterfalls, local wildife parks, take a boat trip on the lake or experience the famous Halpenstrasse voted one of the world's top ten drives. There is always something going on either a local beer festival, a cycling race, the local triathalon in Bruck, musical festivals or amazing skiing and snowboarding demonstrations - you will want to return!
Zell Am See / Schuttdorf area
The holiday resort of Zell am See lies on the eastern boundary of the Kitzbuheler Alps, 80km south west of Salzburg. A small alpine city between a lake and glacier. Zell am See excels in natural beauty and hosts a number of sporting and leisure activities. For those of you who want a relaxing break the town offers a variety of shops, cafes and bars where you can watch the world pass by. If you don't wish to venture far you can taste the delights of the local bakery / cafe located with a two minute stroll from the apartment. For the more energetic, Zell am see offers a multitude of sporting activities e.g. cycling, hiking, skiing, tennis, ice skating, trekking, water skiing, swimming (indoor, outdoor and lake), sailing, fishing, boating, mountain biking, ice hockey, diving, caving, canoeing, rafting, cross country skiing and horse riding. There is a sports stadium sixty seconds away hosting football and athletics.
