Built in 2006, this smart, fully equipped and modern apartment is located between the Arietbahn ski lift and the southern end of the lake. It is next to the wonderful Unterberg bakery (opens 0600-1800 daily) on Karl Vogt Strasse.
The apartment is ideal for a '2+2' family winter skiing or summer holiday but will also suit older walkers or two couples. It will sleep up to 6. Secure underground parking is available but please ask if you require it.The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

The Austrian Alps / Salzburgerland / Salzburgerland region
Simply a superb area to spend a holiday in summer or winter. There is so much to do - paragliding, white water rafting, walking, glacier skiing, sailing and windsurfing as well as miles of unspoilt walking. The region is a paradise for families.
The transport links are excellent with frequent trains to Salzburg or Innsbruck in under 2 hours. Local bus links are frequent, well connected and inexpensive.
Zell Am See / Schuttdorf area
Zell Am See is a lively town that attracts visitors in both summer and winter. Throughout the year the town hosts cultural shows, food festivals and spectacular parades. The apartment is located in Schuttdorf, 2 minutes walk to the Hotel Alpenblick bus stop - so you can be on the slopes in under 10 minutes!
A 5 minute walk takes you to the south end of the lake where you can enjoy fishing, swimming (really!) sailing or windsurfing. It is brilliant for children. You can walk into Zell Am See, along the breathtaking lake, in about 15 minutes.
How to get there
The nearest airports are served by low cost airlines and larger carriers. Salzburg, Innsbruck and Munich (Ryanair, Easyjet, Thompson, BA, Austrian Airways, HLX, Air Berlin) and connections by rail are excellent - Zell Am See railway station is less than 2 hours from Innsbruck or Salzburg. Secure underground parking is available on request if you wish to bring the car. Austrian railway connects with cities in Italy, Germany and even Denmark.
