Home description
The apartment benefits from being in a quiet location on the hillside but is only 500 metres via a stepped, well lit footpath to the main ‘City Express’ gondola, where you will find the ski lift, ski school and ski hire. The beautiful pedestrian town of Zell am See has plenty of pavement cafes, restaurants and shops and is also only 500 metres away. Zeller Lake can be reached within 10 minutes by foot.
As well as having its own excellent skiing, and great mountain restaurants the resort of Zell has a local ski bus, which runs regular to link with nearby Kaprun. This is a free shuttle (included in lift pass) where skiing up to 3000m is available on the glacier. (This is a must to visit during your stay).
The accommodation is a studio apartment that sleeps a maximum of 4 people. There is a double bed and a double couch bed with a partition door to separate the sleeping areas.
The large balcony has a wonderful view over the town, lake and mountains. Take time out to sit in the morning sunshine and enjoy a breakfast looking out to the stunning views surrounding you! Keep an eye out as Deer will sometimes graze in the garden below if you are quiet! We have also had a red squirrel on the balcony.
Zell am See has lots of activities during both the summer and winter months. During peak season there is a town market each Wednesday and for an extra special treat there are two summer festivals that include a magical firework display over Zeller Lake. Plus during the winter there is a spectacular Hot Air Balloon Festival planned for 28th Jan 09 with a firework display.
Zeller View apartment has been decorated and all new linen and towels purchased April 2008. This has included all new duvets and pillows that are anti-allergy and aloe vera. The main City Express gondola, ski school and ski hire is all in the one place and only a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Further details indoors: The apartment is a studio that sleeps up to 4 people. The double bed in the living area folds out of the wardrobe to make good use of space. There is a separate couch bed within the kitchen area that folds out into a double bed.There is a partition door to separate the sleeping areas. The kithchen is fully equipped with all that is needed for your holiday. The bathroom has a bath with a shower, there is also a brand new washing machine within the bathroom area.
Further details outdoors: The apartment has a large balcony with stunning views over the mountains and lake.
The apartment is situated on the hillside over looking the town, therefore due to a stepped footpath uphill it maybe unsuitable for families with small children, elderly or mobility problems.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to reserve the apartment. Balance of rental is due 6 weeks prior to departure.
