This is one of Austria's most popular and pictureque regions with plenty to offer everybody all year round. Mostly famous for skiing and snow board enthusiasts with the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier offering snow sports all year round. The region is also very popilar in spring and summer for those who like fresh air, mountain biking and walking. The world famous Krimmel Waterfalls are nearby. Saltzberg just an hours drive offers great restaurants and shops and is also the birthplace of Mozart.
Zell Am See area
Zell an See is a bustling medival town full of charm situated at the bottom of the Schmittenhohe Mountain, and on the side of the Zellar Lake. the town centre has plenty of traditional shops ,bars and restaurants, pretty streets and the town square make it a very attractive place to visit.
During the ski season the evenings are lively with a great apre-ski atmosphere,plenty of bars and restaurants offering traditional fayre and local drinks.Skiing in Zell am See is part of Europa Sport Region and your ski pass entitles you to ski here on the Schmittenhohe or at Kaprun a 20 mins bys ride away.
During the spring and summer season the town changes wirth alfresco dining on all the pretty street in the town, You can take a stroll round town or take a cable car up the mountain and enjoy the spectacular scenery. You can swim in the lake or use one of the three outdoor swiming pools.There is a ferry across the lake to Thumersbach which boast some of the best beaches in Austria.

It is situated in a traditional austrian style chalet with 7 other apartments.we have two apartment next door to each other completly self contained to cater for larger groups. They are both very comfortably furnished with bright and modern fixtures. The kitchen is well equipped with all new applicances, kettle toaster, coffee machine etc , there is a hairdryer in the bedroom. Tv dvd and cd player and x box consule game. In the living room.
Further details outdoors: The apartment is in an ideal location for all the winter and summer sports in zellam see. 5 mins walk from the main ski lifts, zeller lake and indoor sports centre. Also the bustling town centre packed with charm has plenty to offer with numerous cafes, restaurants bars and shops. Along with a lively nightlife. The whole area is a must for skiing and snowboard enthusiasts, walking, mountain biking golf, horseriding and water sports. There are numerous golf course in and around zell am see.

Conditions
A booking will be secured upon reciept of a non-refunable deposit of £100. Full payment is required 6 prior to your holiday. Payment can be made through sterling bankers draft or cheque,or direct transfer into a sterling bank account or payment into a euro account in austria.. a £50 cheque deposit is required on arriaval and will be refunded on departure upon inspection of the apartment.
