This new spacious ground floor apartment is the perfect place to stay when visiting the pretty resort of Zell Am See. Whether you are here to ski in the winter or take part in the numerous summer activities available you will not find a better place to relax and experience the fantastic scenery that the Austrian Alps has to offer.
The apartment comes with new equipment and has access to ski and bike storage underground. There are shops and parks within 100 metres and the nearest bus stop and lake are only 130 metres away. The town centre and train station are within walking distance via a gentle stroll by the lake making this the perfect location for your holiday.
You will find the nearest ski lift within walking distance (600m) or should you prefer you can choose to hop on the free ski bus with the stop being only 100 metres away.

Getting About Train service from Zell am See to Kitzbühel, Salzburg and Bad Gastein. Also an excellent local bus service and a choice of summer lifts.
Strollers There is a lovely walk around the lake at Zell - perhaps walk half way and take a boat back. Take the bus to Kaprun and follow valley paths along the riverside with wonderful views of the Hohe Tauern National Park mountains.
Ramblers Take the summer lift from Zell am See up into the mountains, where you'll find a network of marked walking routes. A walkers' lift pass is available locally. There are also plenty of traditional mountain huts to stop in for refreshment along the way!
Hikers For a challenging walk follow the Pinzgauweg over the mountains to Saalbach. There is also some challenging walking in the National Park and the ridge walk from the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier back to Kaprun is a memorable route with some stunning views.
Fly to Salzburg airport (80km from Zell am See) - many low cost airlines have flights to Salzburg including Ryanair - Stanstead, East Midlands & Liverpool. Thomsonfly - Manchester, Bournemouth, Luton,& Coventry. Flybe - Birmingham and Southampton.
The bus runs every 15 mins to Salzburg & central train station. Airline Flybe operates shared minibuses and taxis from the airport to Zell am see.
Train - There are direct services to Zell am See normally every hour.
