Cliff top rustic villa featuring an outstanding pool deck facing some of the most stunning views found in Gozo. Has jacuzzi, four bedrooms, five bathrooms, open plan living areas and is well equipped with all modern comforts. The private pool is quite large and there is plenty of space for sunbathing!

The villa is charmingly furnished with old patterned tiles in the hallway and all the furniture is of a rustic style, blending perfectly with the limestone walls. The first floor also has very large and private terrace that overlooks the breathtaking sea and valley views. On clear days the view can be as far reaching as Scicily 90kms away.

The Island of Gozo region

Gozo is a beautiful island a twenty minute ferry ride or ten minute sea plane ride from Malta. Noted for its laid back lifestyle the island measures only 9 miles by 5 miles. Despite this for those who want to do some serious exploring a hire car is essential. The capital Victoria is centrally located and all amenties can be found here. Gozo has some very important historical landmarks including the 5000 year old Ggantija Temples, the Citadel and Calypso's cave among them. The red sandy beach of Ramla is a must visit as well. It is also advisable to visit the various restaurants dotted around Gozo and sample the local and international cuisine. For divers Gozo is an absolute paradise with numerous dive sites including wrecks and caves.

Zebbug area

Zebbug is quite a small village with not much activity going on. With the village located on a hill there are some stunning views to be enjoyed so early evening walks are quite pleasant. The popular Marsalforn beach is just down the hill a maximum of 10 minutes drive away. Victoria is a five minute drive from Zebbug.

How to get there

Airlines such as Airmalta, Ryanair, British Jet, British Airways all offer good rates to Malta. Transfer to the Island of Gozo can be done either by a 10 minute seaplane ride from Valletta or a 20 minute ferry ride from Cirkewwa Harbour. We can organise all these transfers for you so feel free to let us know.

Ground Floor
The entrance into a small hall with a small lateral lounge complete with old patterned tiles. This leads to a bigger hallway that opens up to the large and open plan kitchen, dining and living room. These rooms are flooded with light mainly from the central courtyard and the pool deck which they open out to. The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities including, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker/oven. All furniture in the house is of a rustic style to blend in easily with the sand coloured, limestone walls. The ground floor also has a twin bedroom and spare toilet.
Pool Deck
The amazing pool deck is accessed through either the dining room or the living room. The striking views make this space the most popular area of the house. The pool itself is quite large and a jacuzzi is also available. Plenty of sunbathing space is available together with an eleveated outside dining area. When in Gozo, barbequeing is a must so a BBQ is provided. All necessary outside furniture including umbrellas, deck chairs, table and chairs are provided.
First Floor
There are two ways to access the first floor. The old, outside, stone staircase that formed part of the old house before the extention was built, still exists. However a more convenient internal staircase is provided. This leads to a first floor hall that opens up to two twin bedrooms and the master double bedroom. All three bedrooms on this level have and en-suite bath or shower room. A small laundry room complete with washing machine is also available.
