About this location
The Island of Malta region
From its North African and Arabic influences (listen carefully to the local language) to the Sicilian-inspired cuisine, Malta is a microcosm of the Mediterranean, with several different cultures shining through.
Few European countries have such concentrated history, architecture and, yes, beaches in so tiny an area. There is so much to discover in Malta, a placed steeped in history and culture.
This is one of the original 10 parishes recorded in 1436 and is a wealthy country village.
The festival or Festa of St Philip is held here every year on the second Sunday in June.

We were 12 people (7 adults and 5 children), we spent a week in this house and it will last forever in our memories! Everything was just perfect. First the house: it 's just amazingly gorgeous , : huge, spacious; decorated with a lot of taste. Although we were 12 people, we had plenty of space and everyone could rest or spend time in his/her own space. The house is fully equiped and very quiet : there is a patio, a big terrace, a roof terrace and a heated pool. You feel easily at home (even better!) The location is really cool. If you don't like to be in touristy areas, but not to far from interesting spots, it's the place to be!. Zebbug is in the center of Malta, so you're never far away from any place. And you avoid all the La Valletta traffic jam. The city is beautiful, peaceful and it's worth a visit if you're into architecture and food. There are a lot of beautiful houses and good shops (try the pastizzeria round the corner) We loved the friendliness of maltese people, we won't forget Mary, the person in charge of the house, she always went the extra mile to help us, giving us tips on places to eat, things to see, and was always available to share some cultural facts... For sure this was the most incredible place we have ever stayed at !
