The villa Flower is located in the wonderful area of Tragaki with fantastic views over the sea in sight of the beautiful, attractive olive trees. The quiet location and sea views combined with the modern facilities will make your holidays complete.

About the Villa we can tell you that this is complete and modern furnishings and many conveniences. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. It is surrounded by spacious verandas, set in beautiful garden with colourful flowers.
The Villa is just as suitable for families, couples, or groups of friends.

There are two bedrooms with large wardrobes. Spacious and airy master bedroom tastefully furnished for a relaxing atmosphere, has a twin bed and a beautiful bathroom with bath, shower, hair-dryer, wash-hand basin and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with shower, wash-hand basin and toilet. All bedrooms have sliding doors (with fly screens) to terrace and garden. All windows and sliding doors are equipped with fly screens and shutters.
The property is fully air-conditioned.

The Villa has its own private swimming pool and electrical garage door. Outside we have sunbeds and umbrellas. Guests please note, beach towels are not provided.
Sunny balcony with lounge seating for great views, perfect for reading and relaxing with a cup of tea.
Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.

Zakynthos has a wonderful Mediterranean climate: summer is a degree or 30/35 and in the spring and autumn around 25 degrees. The sea is clean and clear, safe for swimming, and great for snorkelling even in the shallows. Many people who come for the first time to Zakynthos fall in love.

With an area of only 400 km2, would you think that you can visit Zakynthos quickly. Nothing is less true. Because of its fascinating history and beautiful nature, there is everything to discover. Famed are the imposing limestone cliffs in the north and west, perpendicular from the sea loom. But the beautiful city of Zakynthos has retained an authentic atmosphere.

The Zakynthos / Tragaki area

The area around is ideal for short excursions and walks. Tragaki village is eight minutes walk away where you can buy basics and you can sit and have a beer in the traditional Greek village.

You have several sights worth seeing. You may visit the Monastery of Spilia (meaning “cave” in Greek). The Monastery owes its name to the tradition that it was in a cave were they found the icon of Virgin Mary, to whom the Monastery is dedicated. The Monastery is found on a hill, an ideal place to take photos and enjoy the view of the olive groves below.

It is also worth visiting the small church of Aghios Constantinos; close to the beautiful beach of Pahia Ammos, you will see the Venetian watch tower (“Vardiola”), with an interesting blazon walled in the building.

The more touristy resort of Tsilivie and Alykes offer more lively and varied night-life, wide choice of restaurants, grill rooms and cafes.

More attractions are:
Zakynthos city museums and the Venetian Kastro
Blue Caves and Shipwreck beach. One of the best ways te see them is to book the speedboat trip that leaves from Tsilivie harbour.

Agios Georgios (northwest) monastery with beautiful views

“Beautifully presented villa with very private pool area” We have just returned from a wonderful two week break at Villa Flower. When looking for a villa on Zante we required a location that gave us peaceful, private accommodation with a pool. We also needed somewhere that was close enough to a lively town where our teenage children could find evening entertainment. The booking procedure was simple and all correspondence was made directly with Franklin and Katy who own the villa. They live in the villa next door to Villa Flower and were always on hand to give friendly advice on all the local attractions. When we arrived for our holiday we were greeted by Franklin and Katy who showed us around the attractive, modern and very clean villa. The bedrooms and the kitchen - living room all have large sliding glass doors that open onto verandas giving lots of light and air. The pool area is very private, it has areas of shade throughout the day which was very welcome when the temperature hit 40 degrees centigrade, there are also sun loungers and umbrellas supplied. The garden has numerous flowering plants and grassed areas. We found the location very peaceful and for a lot of the time the only sound we heard was from the crickets in the olive groves. I would happily recommend this villa and hope to return again in the future.

We've had a fantastic time here, the villa is great, the pool is great and, of course, Frank and Katy have been great. The location of the villa is also perfect for us being away from the tourist area, but within a short drive (or walk) to the attractions; the bars and restaurants and the beach. However, I think the children loved the pool the most.
The Island is great for walking around, driving around and generally relaxing.

We've just spent 2 weeks holiday in your lovely villa and had perfect weather every day. The villa has been very clean and every comfort provided for us. We rented the Flower Villa in July 2008 and had a lovely time on Zakynthos. Our holiday was for two weeks with our children (8 and 10 years). The children loved their ‘own’ private swimming pool and all the sites we visit.
The villa is very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and airconditioning which is perfect with the temperatures in the summer. We did a lot of cooking in the large kitchen. You can buy all you need in the supermarkets, but you can also go to one of the restaurants in Tsilivi. You need to rent a car to see all the beautiful sites
The neighbours can help you and also to book a boottrip to the turtles or the shipwrek. We did the trip with the turtles. A nice trip with a funny captain (Spiros).
We enjoyed our holiday very much and asked our neighbours for information about restaurants or beautiful sites, that’s very handy because it was our first visit to Zakynthos.
We will tell our friends and family about the Flower Villa. You must go there for a lovely quiet holiday.
