Lychos Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds upstairs and 1 twin bedroom downstairs. All bedrooms have air conditioning and built in wardrobes. There is also a 3 piece suite that can convert to a bed to accommodate requests for larger families. There are 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, both have toilet, bath and shower facilities. The kitchen includes fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, electric cooker, toaster, microwave and kettle. We have ironing board, iron, baby high chair and a Graco travel cot on site as well as a single and double pram available for holidaymaker use.

Open plan living area downstairs with TV, DVD and Satellite The pool is exclusive to Lychos Villa, approx 8m X 6m, fully tiled with a max depth of 6 feet at one end. Meticulously cleaned 3 times a week. Patio of stone, tiles and marble throughout, full length balcony upstairs and private parking at side.

The Ionian Islands region

Zakynthos / Tsilivi area

Tsilivi is just 6 km from the capital of the island, Zante Town , and is located in the north east of the heavenly island of Zakynthos . The resort has recently expanded due to its popularity with couples and families but it has still maintained its Greek feel and its lovely surroundings of olive groves and vineyards. The beach here is superb, a long stretch (approx 2 km) of sandy coast with shallow warm clear waters. It truly does deserve the prestigious Blue Flag it has been awarded. The beach is child friendly and safe for kid's to enjoy safely as the sand shelves gently into the sea. With numerous water sports also on offer, this beach is suited for families, couples and anyone feeling adventurous.

The resort in recent years has gained a great nightlife reputation thanks to the friendly family run bars, restaurants, tavernas and nightclubs on offer, which provide a fantastic night for everyone. Tsilivi is now considered one of the best resorts for nightlife after the larger and busier resort of Lagana.

Tsilivi has a friendly atmosphere, beautiful scenery, a spectacular beach, brilliant nightlife – not to mention the sunshine; in short it has everything anyone could wish for from a holiday destination!

How to get there

Lychos Villa is a 3 bed property with private pool in the resort of Tsilivi. The holiday season runs from May to October and all major package airlines fly from UK to the island of Zakynthos, also known as Zante. July and August is particularly busy. Tsilivi is on the north east of the island and approx 9km from the airport - this means that it takes less than 15 mins by car to transfer from the airport to Lychos Villa. A rental car is advised but not necessary as you can walk to the centre of Tsilivi or Tsilivi beach in less than 20 mins. Zante Town is approx 5 km away from Tsilivi/Lychos Villa.
