Zakynthos, (Zante) a Greek Island rich in natural beauty, offers a fantastic setting for a perfect holiday. Its impressive long sandy beaches and crystal waters, some home to nesting, protected species, sea-turtles (caretta-caretta), are beautifully contrasted with traditional stone-clad villages hidden in the pine covered mountains.

How to get there
Fly with charter flights to Zakynthos from London & UK regional airports from 1st May to 31st October. Charter Carriers: Avro, Excel, First Choice, Freedom Flights, & Thompson. (Please check with your travel agent or airport authorities for availability and accuracy)
Alternatively take a schedule flight to Athens: www.easyjet.com www.ba.com www.olympicairlines.com Then take the daily 45 min flight on to Zakynthos with Olympic Airlines.
Alternatively, (and cheaper than the flight), a regular coach/ferry service runs from Athens Bus Terminal to Zakynthos Town. Local buses run frequently between Athens airport and the Athens Bus Terminal.
