It has the best of both worlds situated in tranquil countryside surrounded by olive groves but yet walking distance to beach, bars, restaurants and local supermarket.

The Ionian Islands region
Zakynthos is the most southernly of the Ionian Islands. The famous poet Edgar Allen Poe wrote a poem sonnet to Zante which the last line translates to "Island of the Gold, Flower of the East." The West is characterised by striking mountain scenery while the East is packed with fertile plains, picturesque bays and long sandy beaches.
The Island has a mild climate which is typically Mediterranean, hot in the summer and mild in the winter. The Island has pine clad mountains, olives, citrus groves and vine yards. There are many hidden coves and superb sandy beaches, such as the famous "Shipwreck Beach" to contrast with the beautiful Greek countryside.
Zakynthos / Kalamaki Village area
Kalamaki is situated on the south east coast of the Island, about 2.5 miles north east of the lively resort of Laganas and three miles south of the Island Capital of Zakynthos. Kalamaki beach has unspoilt sand and superb clear waters.
Kalamaki has many bars and restaurants where you can wine and dine your night away. There is also great family entertainment including Greek dancing. The property is a 2 minute walk from a local supermarket, hotel and "Kristos" family run restaurant.

Fully fitted kitchen with all the essentials. Separate utility room and w.c. Living room with double futon. Upstairs comprises of one double and one twin bedroom with patio doors leading to balcony. Luxury bathroom with power shower. Linen is provided for the weekly stays and a mid week clean can be provided if requested from the managment company, where a change of linen will be provided with the clean this will be an additional charge paid to the managment company.

There is an air condition charge of 25euros per week,should you require a/c please inform us at time of booking and the control willbe left at the property, if you require car hire we also recommend alocal hire company that will be alot cheaper than the local rates.
