Further details
The villas are newly built and were just released on the rental market in July 2008. The owners are very pleased with the positive comments received from our new clients and envisage much interest for the incoming season. While our rental rates are a little higher than last year they are still well below what could be expected for this type of villa in such a fantastic location. We are sure that C & D villas will attract much interest in future years and you will want to return again and again.
We can organise your car hire at local rates and you will be able to contact an English speaking representative during your stay at the villa should you have any emergency.
Conditions
The villa may not be suitable for very young children or elderly or infirm owing to the steps, different levels, open stairs and the open pool area.
Smokers are welcome but we would ask that you respect the owners and other non smokers by NOT SMOKING anywhere inside the villa or on the verandahs. Ash trays will be provided for use outside the villa.

What a trip. The villa was fantastic, the pool out of this world and the island was paradise. From the stunning sunrise over the pool to the beautiful sunset this holiday had everything you could ask for. The villa was well appointed, private and secluded. we could have spent all our time there but it was just a short walk to wonderful Xigia beach where the sulphur cave meant we all came home with skin like babies! There is just too much to rave about so my advice to anyone is get yourselves out to this super villa as soon as possible. |

Secluded Villa with breathtaking views Review Submitted: February 21, 2012 Date of Stay: August 2011 We had a wonderful time here. This villa was far enough from the really touristy end of the island without feeling cut off as everything we could possibly need was nearby. The people who maintain the villa are on hand should you need ANYTHING - they really go out of their way. There were 3 generations of our family and we all had a wonderful time. Being able to walk to Xigia beach was a plus. Most days though we just got into the car and drove until the beautiful blue water became too tempting.....then we'd just stop and jump in (I'm someone who never really swims). We have to go back....we didn't see a turtle on our first visit. |

The well equipped villa is exactly as described but no-one can describe how perfect this location is. We are a family with grandparents (60+) & children 8 & 11 and we all loved it here. It was lovely to visit the busy touristy parts of the island - which are in easy reach for daytime adventures - but to come home here to the peace. We never tired of watching the boats, sea, goats.... Xigia beach is easy to walk to and a little paradise without many tourists. The children loved swimming round to tiny beaches to collect shells. We will definitely return (we didn't see a turtle). |
