Kavos Psarou is a delightful structure with traditional architecture in Meso Gerakari village at Psarou resort. Kavos Psarou has a newly built Apartment in the upper floor, attic.
Kavos Psarou is situated by the beach (80m) so the apartment has splendid views to the sea. Kavos Psarou is an accommodation surrounded by grass, flowers, and an olive forest. It is set in a big private estate with a front of 250m to the sea providing its guest with a "private" secluded beach. The area offers great unspoilt Zakynthian natural enviroment. The building is built under the rules of the local architecture of Ionian islands.
We also have other type of rooms of very good standards at budget prices and also providing the guests with fine sea view!

The Ionian Islands region
Ionian Islands also known as the Seven Islands are located at the western part of Greece. They spread from the north to the south. Kavos Psarou is located in the centre of Zakynthos east coast, with superb view to Ionian Sea and Kephalonia island.Due to its central position, distances at every part of the island are short making it suitable for day trips. The building is situated just above a lovely pebbly beach and in only 50m there is a totally sandy beach with shallow, crystal clear, turquoise blue waters.The area is ideal for swimming.
In close proximity there is a fishermen's port where is possible to anchor your boat for a small charge. Kavos Psarou is the ideal place for those who are seeking for a tranquil accommodation to relax in privacy and have easy access to a beach.
The surrounding typical Mediterranean countryside is a perfect setting for nice and peaceful walks.The resort is not very touristicaly developed so it keeps a natural unspoilt beauty.
In walking distance you can find tavernas, minimarkets, bakery and butchery shop.
The resort of Tsilivi is 6km and of Alikanas 4km away for those who are seeking for nightlife and other facilities.

Further details indoors: The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, made of hand worked steel, one sitting room with sofa-beds, kitchen and bathroom. Is spacious (45m2) and can accommodate 4 adults. There is also capability for one extra folding bed. In the front part of the attics there are large balconies with superb sea view.
Decoration and furniture is made with special care. The kitchen is fully equipped with big fridge, electric stove with air extractor and all commodities for your everyday needs (oven, toaster, coffee machine, kitchenware, cutlery etc.). The bathroom is large with bathtub. The apartment is air-conditioned with individually operated units.
The sitting room is equipped with wooden furniture and 21 inches satellite T.V.
The apartment is also provided with safe-box free of charge. Linens and towels are provided by the owners.
