Home description
Villa Neptune Royale was named after the God of the seas ‘Poseidon or Neptune’ and it’s the pride of our luxury group of villas. Built in 2 levels, it was designed and decorated by a well known local interior designer to capture the tradition and the history of the island. In fact every corner of this villa has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind to ensure you a pleasurable and relaxed stay.
It's located just minutes from the beach, on the outskirts of the town often referred to as one of Greek island's best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, yet only minutes from the larger resorts such as famous Tsilivi, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including a supermarket, the local town market with various retail establishments, and many excellent choices of restaurants or tavernas for eating out.
The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. It has a balcony with stunning views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With 2 double, 2 twin bedrooms and 3 bathrooms the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Ionian Islands region
Ionian Islands Island group off the west coast of Greece, stretching south from the Albanian coast to the southern tip of the Peloponnese, and often called Heptanesos (“Seven Islands”). The ionian islands, or else "eptanisa" in the greek language, is an unforgetable place with rare pictorial landscapes, heavenly aquamarine waters and deep green forests.
The friendly inhabitans of the ionian islands are looking forward to welcome you in their land and seamlessly help you enjoy the best holidays of your life.
Zakynthos / Tsilivi area
Make it home away from home!
Zakynthos, (Zante) a Greek Island rich in natural beauty, offers a fantastic setting for a perfect holiday. Its impressive long sandy beaches and crystal waters, some home to nesting, protected species, sea-turtles (caretta-caretta), are beautifully contrasted with traditional stone-clad villages hidden in the pine covered mountains.
The animated beaches on Zakynthos offer an array of restaurants, bars and watersports along the southern and eastern coastlines - an ideal location for a summer holiday. While in the west spectacular sea caves and peaceful coves are surrounded by dramatic cliffs to offer tranquillity and seclusion.
The great outdoors: Leisure pursuits like cycling, hiking, horseback riding and nature trails offer wonderful ways to enjoy the changeable Zakynthos landscape – from its rolling hills and olive groves to scented citrus orchards. A divers’ paradise, this Greek Island has an underwater world well worthy of exploration. While on land, in between the sharp-edged rocks and protected white sandy beaches, you can watch the famous sea-turtles native to Zakynthos find refuge to reproduce. Paragliding, banana rides, pedaloes and canoes are also available to help you cool off on your memorable stay in the dazzling sun.
Step back in time: Modern amenities are a feature of this Greek Island, but a long history steeped in tradition is also waiting to be discovered in Zakynthos. Beautiful orthodox churches, archaeological sites and Venetian castle ruins are dotted all around. Quiet villages and traditional stone houses line narrow streets, often perched in the mountains. Museums celebrate the Byzantine era and Greek literary works. Baroque and Renaissance architecture is also found all over Zakynthos, proudly maintained by its Greek Island native inhabitants.
Hit the beach: The superb beaches of Zakynthos are famed for their natural unspoiled beauty, fine white volcanic sand and turquoise waters. A Greek Island full of coastline variations, you’ll find rugged natural beaches nestled in rocky formations and little private pine-clad islets for total seclusion. To protect the habitat of the endangered sea-turtle, many bays forbid building work and nightlife. Sun-beds and parasols can be found in most beaches, alongside a wide variety of watersports facilities, snack bars and tavernas.
After sundown: Zakynthos has a great variety of night-time entertainment with something to suit every taste. In early evening, bars and outside terraces offer magnificent views out to sea – best enjoyed over a soothing cocktail. Later on, the livelier atmosphere and faster tempo found in Zakynthos is perfect for dancing into the early hours. Traditional tavernas and nightspots are found in smaller holiday spots, with amenities that appeal to all ages. Live music, cabaret and authentic Greek dancing are among the best attractions.
