Costa Villa Complex is ideally located for those who want to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Zante but also be centrally located for easy access to neighboring towns. We are only 2 minutes from Laganas Strip, this is where you will find all the main nightclubs and bars in Zante. We are also 5 minutes from Kalamaki, a beautiful family resort boasting quality restaurants and a beautiful beach and 8 minutes from Zante Town, where you will find the main shopping area, coffee shops and the harbor.
When booking, we accept a 20% deposit of the total booking amount to confirm your stay, the outstanding money should then be paid at least 6 weeks before your arrival at the complex.

A newly constructed, two storey villa with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can easily accommodate up to 8 people.
The ground floor is open plan with fully equipped kitchen including all utensils, full oven, fridge freezer, microwave, iron/ironing board and breakfast bar; the living area has a TV, DVD player and a sofa bed; there is also a small bathroom with WC, shower and hand basin located on the ground floor.
The stairs lead to the second floor where you will find two spacious double bedrooms, which lead to a large balcony, and a bathroom with spa bath, shower, WC and hand basin.

The Ionian Islands region
The Ionian Islands have a mild climate which is typically Mediterranean, hot in the summer and mild in the winter.
The mild winters and winter rainfalls help with the lush green countryside. The islands are famous for pine clad mountains, olives, citrus groves and vineyards.
There are many hidden coves and superb sandy beaches to contrast with the beautiful Greek countryside.
The Zakynthos / Laganas area
There is plenty of things to do in Zante on your stay.
Water sports, boat trips, the water park, clubbing, eating, drinking, visit the famous Shipwreck, the Blue caves or Turtle Island and that's just to name a few.
Laganas is perfect choice for those who love intense night-life! Laganas has some of the best DJ's and promotion teams working in the clubs and the bars. A wide range of music styles and different themed nights for everyone.
The beaches of Zante are famous, especially Laganas and Kalamaki for the visiting Loggerhead Turtles. Visitors can spot them by taking a boat trip or hiring a pedalo.
The wonderful sandy beach of Laganas is the largest on the island and is 9km in length.
Kalamaki, the neighboring town, is an ideal resort for those who prefer something a bit quieter, but still like to take a stroll and enjoy many different tavernas and bars. Both the beaches of Laganas and Kalamaki offer clean sandy beaches with clean shallow water which is ideal for children to play.
A mini bus service is available to all these place everyday of the week, throughout the day and night.
