This stunning development of 14 luxury townhouses,completed in June '07, set in the majestic countryside surrounding Kalamaki Village is an ideal venue for the enthusiastic holiday maker or for that relaxing holiday. The beautiful sandy beach stretches from Chrystal Beach to Stannis Beach, Kalamaki Beach and on into Lananas Bay and as it is part of the National Marine Park there is plenty of information regarding the Carretta Sea Turtles. Kalamaki is on the southern coast of Zakynthos and is home to a variety of lovely greek tavernas, restaurants and bars including the famous Michaelos Restaurant which is only 500m from Kalamaki Court. Zakynthos is a very green and lush Island with many beautiful villages and beaches. The port in Zakynthos is only 4 km from Kalamaki and is definitely worth a visit!

The Ionian Islands region
Zakynthos is almost triangular in shape, with two green mountainous promontories extending into the sea to form the huge bay of Laganas. There are more pine-covered mountains and hills in the north, but the centre is gentle and lush, richly planted with currant vines, olive trees, almonds and seasonal vegetables. There are dozens of beaches to choose from, sandy and sheltered with invitingly sparkling water.
Zakynthos / Kalamaki Village area
Kalamaki is a relaxing resort located on the south east coast of the island. Its long beach is an extension of Laganas golden sandy coastline and is superb with crystal clear blue water. The surrounding countryside and olive groves are breathtaking against the mountainous backdrop and are ideal for a stroll or cycle ride.
Nightlife is highly enjoyable in Kalamaki, remaining mainly low-key, suitable for families. However, neighbouring Laganas provides a fantastic night scene and is just a 10 minute taxi drive away.

Direct flights available from Dublin, Cork & all UK Airports. Kalamaki Court is located just 3km from Zakynthos Airport.

Further details indoors: The house boasts two bedrooms, living room, fully-fitted kitchen and bathroom. It also has a sofa bed in the living room which sleeps 2 people. Stunning views of the countryside are available from the bedroom's adjoining balcony - where Kalamaki's olive groves can be observed in their splendour. Kalamaki Court is situated on it's own private grounds in a small courtyard surrounded by olive groves. The area is very peaceful and relaxing.
Further details outdoors: The outside offers two generous swimming pools with sun loungers and deck chairs. The pool is accessed via the outdoor terrace, perfect for watching the sun set on a family diner, or enjoying it rise over a peaceful breakfast. Barbecue is also catered for in the gardens.
Each pool measures 700 sq. ft and the children's pool is 300 sq. ft.

We had a fantastic holiday in Kalamaki Court - we'll be back! - Deridre & Martin We had an absolutely brilliant holiday in Kalamaki Court. The accommodation was first rate and with the added benefit of a secure entrace it was great to know that the children were safe. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone - it was well thought out with mosquito nets on all the windows, air con and a proper shower. The accommodation was just great and met all our needs, also many thanks indeed for the lovely welcome pack and bottle of wine which was very much appreciated and for letting us stay until our flight was due - it made a big difference to the end of our holiday. Zante is beautiful and although we did a lot of sunbathing we did manage to go up the mountains to Volimes and the boat trip and the blue caves. We also drove to Keri and the lighthouse restaurant where the view was stunning - Anne Daniels
Kalamaki Court surpassed our expectations, it was so lovely. The house and the whole complex is so well kept and the house itself was perfect. We had great weather while we were there. We did loads while in Zakynthos, we went to a few places we hadn't been before(and some we had), we had a car for the full 2 weeks so we were up and out most mornings. We ate in Michaelos quite a few times, the food is soooo good. I met Ann from the management company a couple of times, she's lovely. All-in-all we had a brilliant time, thanks for everything and I'm recommending Kalamaki Court to anyone who'll listen!!! Lorraine and family
We all had a fantastic time at Kalamaki Court, we met some wonderful families and had many a late night sharing a glass of wine around the pool. The accommodation was great, the dish washer and washing machine being a real bonus and of course the wonderful air-conditioning. I must also add that the beds were extremely comfortable, past experiences have been similar to that of sleeping on a table! We hired a car from Merlis for the two week duration and were pleased we did. We also managed to find a beautiful spot to the right of the Kalamaki Beach Taverna and had lots of fun watching the planes coming in to land - the girls loved it. The beach here was alot quieter and absolutely gorgeous. We were also incredibly fortunate to see 4 baby hatchling turtles on this beach - unfortunately they didn't make it to the sea - but what an amazing sight. Our favourite restaurant was Michealos the food and staff being fantastic. We did take off in the hills one evening and went to a fantastic taverna in Romiri called Lafranandos (I have probably spelt this wrong!). There was not an English accent to be heard - we were just surrounded by Greeks - it was brilliant. In closing I would just like to thank you for all your help in answering my many questions. Had a brilliant holiday and really loved the villa. Plenty of room for us all and had everything we needed. Really handy for the supermarket and town. If we decide to go to Zante again I will definitely be booking with you and will recommend to any friends who wish to visit the island aswell-Lisa
