About the home

Luxury 3 bedroom villa with private swimming pool in small development of 12 private villa's. Nestled in the middle of mature olive grove 10 minutes walk from beautiful blue flag sandy beachs and 15 minutes walk from local resort of Tsilvi which offers a fantastic selection of shops, bars & Tavernas.

For the energetic there are lots of local activities including water sking, wind surfing, boating, horseriding, hiking, climbing. Private tennis courts also exist on site. For those who prefer a more relaxed holiday this is an Ideal location for sightseeing. A short 10 minute drive is the beautiful port town of Zakynthos and from here you can wander the cobbled streets and discover many of the quaint tavernas or take numerous boat trips around the island and to the neighbouring island of Kefelonia.

Accommodation consists of 1 double & two twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms All bed linen and towels supplied.
Large spacious living/dining area with pull out sofa bed comes with TV, DVD. The fully equipped kitchen comes with dishwasher, washing machine, cooker , microwave, toaster etc. Ironing board & iron. Air conditioning in all rooms. Outside there is a private pool, fully paved garden, with sun loungers and BBQ. Tenis courts on site.

The Ionian Islands region

Zakynthos is a breathtaking beautiful island steeped in history and culture. Zakynthos. The third largest of the Ionian Islands, covers an area of 410 square kilometers and its coastline is roughly 123 kilometers in length. The island is named after Zacynthus, son of a legendary Arcadian chief Dardanus. Zakynthos has a thriving tourism industry and is one of the top tourist destinations in Greece. The island is known as the "Flower of the East" with its pine clad maintains, olive and citrus groves and vineyards. Countless coves and superb sandy beaches contrast with dramatic white cliffs and an impressive rocky coastline that includes the amazing shipwreck at Smuggler's Cove.

“the villa was fantastic, all needs catered for.” The villa is as described, it was very comfortable, the pool was always warm and the privacy was just right even though it seems its overlooked it was quite private, it was well stocked with appliances, great for the larger families. The walk into tsilivi is at least a 20 minute walk and was a nice walk but beware of oncoming traffic as no paths. Taxis are 6 euros to the property from the town but tell them paradise villas mamaria or you may end up at another paradise villas. Our stay was very nice i would recommend the villa to my friends and i would go back.
