Sea Vista a luxurious villa, with panoramic sea views from its many balconies, combining the natural beauty of the area & the olive groves that unfold all around thus creating a unique sense of calm & peacefulness. Situated along a quiet country lane yet only 5 minutes from the lovely Balcony Restaurant providing exquisite dining throughout the day or just to enjoy a leisurely drink overlooking the Bay of Tsilivi or the evening Sunsets.

The villa is within walking distance to the popular holiday resort & sandy beach & clear waters of Tsilivi & also a 10 min drive to the traditional town & picturesque harbour of Zakynthos.

The villa with 3 air conditioned bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, is extremely well equipped to cater for all, providing games, a wide selection of DVDs & books. The large swimming pool is shared with one other villa the Blue Skies, the two villas are set in their own grounds & enclosed garden, providing complete privacy from each other but it is also possible for two families or more if wished to rent out both villas at the same time, ideal perhaps for a wedding group.

The Ionian Islands region

The Ionian Islands are located in the Ionian Sea, off the west coast of Greece and are composed of Corfu, Kefalonia, Zakynthos, Lefkada, Ithaca, Paxos and Kythira. The islands are well known for their beautiful sandy beaches, crystal clear waters, charming villages and stunning scenic countryside which is verdant and flourishing with greenery and nature. The Zakynthos / Akrotiri area

The beautiful Greek island of Zakynthos is known also as Zante.

Zákynthos is a verdant island endowed with fertile valleys and a temperate climate (area: 406 sq. km; coastline: 123 km). Its landscape diversity has resulted in different types of beaches: there are sandy beaches in secluded coves where the tranquil waters are deep blue on the island's southeastern part; yet, if rugged cliffs and an interesting underwater world are to your liking, try the western part of the island.

The Venetians, who ruled Zákynthos from 1484 to 1797, called the island “Fioro di Levante” (flower of the East) as there are over 7,000 species of flowers on Zákynthos.

On Zante, great care is taken to protect two endangered animal species, namely the caretta caretta sea turtle and the monachus monachus seal which can been seen during the summer months in the crystal blue waters around the island.

Zakynthos island is said to have been preferred by Artemis and Apollo for its idyllic scenery, the beautiful sandy beaches, deep water, clear and blue, the sea caves, magical sunsets and gentle climate. And you will love Zakynthos for the same reasons, but its calm, welcoming environment, relaxed atmosphere and culture here.

Zakynthos Island is famous for its wide and beautiful sandy beaches (in Vassilikos, Laganas, Kalamaki Alykes and Tsilivi) and turtles Caretta - Caretta, species protected by law. The island is rich and green vegetation especially in areas of the island's highest hill, with olive groves, citrus and pine forests.

Scheduled Flights:

Easy Jet Airlines fly direct to Zakynthos from London Gatwick 3 times per week from the end of March to beginning of November each year.

Ryan Air fly direct from Brussels to Zakynthos from May until September each year.

Charter Flights: (daily from May until end of October)

From all UK Airport, from Dublin and also from most other European countries, Holland, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czeck Republic etc.

During the winter months one can get to the island via Athens either connecting with Olympic Airlines or by road & ferry boat crossing from Kilini and this option by road & ferry is also available during the summer months.
