Arazzo's largest apartment hosts 5 people. It contains a fully equipped kitchen, a bath, and a shower. It has air conditioning and tv. The property has it's own large veranda with furniture, and lovely sea and mountain views. The garden is set in an olive grove, with loungers and umbrellas, a BBQ for use of guests, and ample parking.
Arazzo accommodation is perfect place for family holidays!!!!!! Each studio & apt. has own facilities. Not sharing.

The Ionian Islands region
Zakynthos is one of the greenest island in Greece. It is steeped in history, and supports a wealth of flora and fauna. The climate is mild even in Winter (15 - 25oC) with the same annual rainfall as UK, but in 5 months of Winter. This provides the wealth of fruit, vegetables and beautiful gardens. There are several museums on the island. The patron saint is St. Dennis, and the cathedral is a must visit whether you're religious or not. The island has the famous "Shipwreck beach", the most photographed beach in Europe.
Zakynthos / Vassilikos area
Vassilikos is a quiet peninsular of the island of Zakynthos. It hosts reputedly some of the best beaches in the Ionian Sea. Mainly sandy. There are lovely walks along the 5Km beach, as well as hillside paths, with spectacular views over the Ionian to the Pelopponese. There is a beach for everyone, from quiet to water sports. Gerakas beach 4 km away in the start of the National Marine Park of Zakynthos, a conservation area for the loggerhead turtle. There is an information centre there, and visitors can watch the work the volunteers carry out. There are boat trips available to view the turtles, as well as circumnavigational trips. Coach trips run from local pick up points and take guests around the island, and to Olympia and Athens, and it is also possible to take a day trip to Kefalonia. Vassilikos has many tavernas all serving tradional fare, and some have Greek music and dancing.
How to get there
The island is easily accessible directly from all UK airports from 1st May to 31st October. All charter airlines service the island several times a week. From 10th April until 1st May, travel has to be via Athens, and air transfer or ferry/bus from the airport. It's is then a short taxi ride to Vassilikos. There is a competitive car hire company yards from the house.

Further details indoors: Arazzo is summer holiday hause perfect for peaceful and relaxing vacation. The apartments are on the 2nd floor. It has tiled balconies and is tiled throughout. Further details outdoors: The garden is set in olive groves, with sun loungers and unbrellas, and a BBQ. It is in a lovely quiet setting, with the sound of the sea. The sun rises on the seaward side, and sets on the mountain side, so part of the garden and house is always in sun.

Only 150m away from the house is the Ionian sea. The beach stretches for 5Km. There is an outdoor swimming pool/bar 150m. away. There are a variety of water sports on offer 2km. away, and the conservation area and nesting beach of the loggerhead turtle is 3 km. There is a bus service 4 times a day serving these places, and the main town of Zakynthos.

You can book online on my website, or by telephone. Payment is by bank transfer for a 25% deposit/and or full amount with the remainder cash on arrival. Check-out is normally 12, but special arrangements can be made for people with late flights.

Beautiful accommodation at the seaside of Ionian Beach,in Vassilikos village.Run by friendlly family. Had a wonderful holiday with Angela and her family. What a tranquil setting for a relaxing holiday. Definitely had the chill-out holiday we were looking for with Angela.
