About the home

One of two Apartments in Villa Olive, upstairs 2 bedroomed Apartment also available for rent. In a small complex of Villas each with private swimming pool. Modern spacious apartment completed in 2006.
Each Apartment has it's own private terrace/balconies and sunbathing areas.
The large swimming pool is shared between the two Apartments. Suitable for those wishing to holiday in a quieter area just outside the holiday resort of Tsilivi, which can be reached easily by walking (20 mins) or driving/taxi (5 mins).

Open plan Kitchen/dining/living room. Living area containts 3 seater couch which fold out into a double bed, also 2 seater couch. Open plan fireplace. TV/DVD Player/Radio/CD Player. Each bedroom contains 2 single beds. Washing machine. Patio table on balcony for al fresco dining seating 4/6. Built-in Barbecue for cooking outdoors, good selection of meats available from local Supermarkets & butchers for those who prefer to barbecue at home.

The Zakynthos / Tsilivi area

Tsilivi offers a good range of nightlife within a traditional village atmosphere. The area is full of Olive, lemon and fig trees and the fantastic beach, which as been awarded the EU Blue Flag, has 2 kms of soft sand and clear water. A haven for sun worshippers and water sports enthusiasts. Tsilivi has a waterpark ideal for younger children, a fantasy mini-golf and a bowling/gaming centre with internet access for older children.

“Excellent Property for 2 Sharing Families” We booked this Villa as there were 2 families travelling both with young children. Both apartments were spacious and very well looked after, we even had a little welcome pack on arrival. The villa is enclosed by wooden fencing and isn't over looked. Being enclosed meant that our little ones could play freeley with out us worrying too much that they would be up to no good! The pool is a great bonus! The kids loved the fact that it was their pool and some mornings they were up and had breakfast before 8am so they could get in! The pool is cleaned every other day and we had one maid service during our 10 day stay. I would recommend hiring a car, especially if you do have small children. It's a good 15-20 walk to the town and beach and with the August heat it didn't go down too well with the children. However for seasoned walkers it's not too far. We booked our holiday direct with the owner, who was more than helpful and was more than happy to answer our questions. This is definately a property we would look to book to stay again.
