Home description
The Villa is protected by a large walled courtyard, centred around a mulberry tree, which provides an 'alfresco' living area, with a barbeque, and shaded eating areas, overlooking the pool and the sea. The main house includes a spacious en suite air-conditioned honeymoon bedroom (bath with sea view, shower & two basins, separate WC) with wide sliding doors that open onto a covered veranda and side deck with spectacular sea views. For parents wishing to escape the younger generation, steps from the bedroom, lead to an open private gallery with two window seats (can sleep young children) overlooking the coast line for miles with its own private sun balcony.
Below, the large all purpose living room's French windows allow access to the pool and terrace. The well equipped open plan kitchen includes two fridges, dishwasher and micro-wave. An airy glass cupola above the round dining room table gives the area a charming atrium feel, while the L shaped built in sofas invite comfortable relaxation.
For early Spring and late Autumn when the nights get chily, we have installed a log burner in the sitting room and main bedroom as well as solar heating for the swimming pool.
Further accommodation is provided by three detached en suite cabanas with their own patios overlooking the water, two of which are self contained with mini fridges and electic hobs. Other facilities include table tennis, a boules pitch, shaded parking, olive grove, a cactus garden and use of a new private astra turf tennis court seven minutes away, built to accommodate our three villas within ten minites of each other on the island.
