Featured in several prestigious architecture and travel magazines, El Navio is located on a hill overlooking the ocean, a mere 200 metres from the beach. The design and decor of the house is inspired not only by its dramatic coastal setting, above the Costa de la Luz, but also by nautical themes and Cubism. The modernist architectural features include its funnel-shaped chimneys, white metal railings, and multiple 'decks'. The villa is also fitted with a broad sweep of full-length windows that provide uninhibited views of the sea, evoking further maritime reference, in the form of the image of a graceful ocean liner. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool (heated in winter), panoramic terraces, and two Jacuzzis. There is a private, well kept, fully enclosed garden. The village of Zahara de los Atunes, renowned for its seafood restaurants, is only a five-minute drive away. Horse riding, tennis, water sports and golf can be organized in the nearby area. Ample parking space is available. El Navio is approximately 175 km from Sevilla (1 hour and 45 minutes) and 190 km from Malaga (2 hours drive).

The Andalucia region

The most southern province of the Iberian Peninsula, the region of C?diz is rich in natural beauty, from its sandy beaches and protected nature reserves to the historic and beautiful white villages dotted throughout the area. From eagle-spotting in the Do?ana National Park, exploring the salt marshes of Barbate, or walking the seaside cliffs at La Bre?a, C?diz offers visitors the chance to truly get away from it all. C?diz city is considered by many to be the oldest city in the West thanks to its strategic location on the coast which divides Europe and Africa

Zahara de los Atunes

Originally founded by the Phoenicians and famous from being the port from which Christopher Columbus set sail on his discovery voyage to America, the city is soaked in history. The old town, (or Casco Antiguo) is a maze of narrow streets and large communal squares, whilst the modern quarter is characterized by wide avenues, elegant buildings and stylish bars and restaurants. To the northwest of the region are the famous white villages of Andalucia, where narrow steep streets, tiny plazas and white cottages adorned in flowers look out over spectacular surroundings. Stretching from Tarifa in the south right up to the mouth of the Guadiana river, the region?s Costa de la Luz is one of the most beautiful coastlines in all of Spain. You don?t need to venture far to find long virginal beaches like Los Ca?os de Meca or Zahara de los Atunes. An area steeped in history and breathtaking natural beauty, the province of C?diz is a wonderful place to visit at any time of year. Back View all villas in this area
