The Zagreb Region
Zagreb is an old Central European city. It is located on the intersection of several important routes beetwen the Adriatic coast and Central Europe. Zagreb offers its guests the Baroque feel of the Upper town, picturesque open-air markets, various kinds of shops and delicious local cuisine.
Zagreb area
The apartment White is situated on the second floor of the old Zagreb building that lies on the corner of Kačićeva and Klaićeva street, just opposite the Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Faculty of Design. It is only 5 minutes away from the Croatian National Theatre and Museum Mimara and about the same walking distance from the Zagreb's main street Ilica.
One of the oldest city market squares, Britanski trg, is just up the street. If you decide to cook a nice meal for your friends, this is the place to buy fresh groceries. There are also two small grocery shops downstairs and a café across the street. Fancy a grill? There's a local tennis club grill restaurant just across the street with excellent ćevapčići and ražnjići. And You can play tennis here, of course. Rent a car and casino are also close at hand (Westin hotel). Central square, Upper City and all major Zagreb sights are within the walking distance.

Kitchen is fully equipped to cook and eat in, with fridge/freezer, coffee machine, microwave, gas/electric cooker and toaster.
Complimentary food basics like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, cooking oil etc. Laundry basics include clothes detergent, drying line and distilled water for ironing.
