New, built in 2009 "Villa Adria" is located just 500 m walk from the beach, on the outskirts of Zadar, the town often referred to as one of Croatia's best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, yet only five minutes from the larger resorts and historical cities of Nin, Zadar etc the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local markets, and many excellent restaurants for eating out...in addition to Villa Adria's own Croatian Kanoba-Restaurant and bar

The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from each floor's (total 3 floors) the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning woods and sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two bedrooms on each floor; living rooms; 2 WCs and kitchen with dining room, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Daily flights to Zadar airport. Property locates 15 minutes from Zadar Airport.
If no direct flight from your country to Zadar, there are many flights to Zagreb and 40-50 minutes flight to Zadar form Zagreb Airport.
All car rental agencies represented in Zadar and Zagreb.

BBQ is custom made (use only wood!!!), where our chef can prepare local dishes or guests can make their own.
Rent our own bicycle to travel around historical towns of Kozino, Nin, Zadar etc. or swim in our modern swimming pool...or walk to the beach for nice time on the Adriatic

Very friendly English speaking manager will meet guests and show all around. Manager and security guard 24 hours on duty in the Villa.
Villa and Restaurant with Bar open 12 months. Different rates apply for short or long stay, but all rates are very reasonable; deposit required at the time of reservation

Guestbook for Villa Adria

Hi,
just a quick email to thank you for your hospitality on Saturday and Sunday (17th and 18th October 2009). We very much enjoyed the traditional Croatian food. It was very kind of you to accommodate us on the Sunday. Everywhere in Kozino seemed to be closed, so for you to cook some food for us was much appreciated.
When we return to Croatia we will be visiting you again.
