Built in 2009 "Villa Adria" is A BOUTIQUE 4-STAR FULL SERVICE MINI HOTEL. Located just 500 m walk from the beach, on the outskirts of Zadar, the town often referred to as one of Croatia's best kept secrets. The Villa contains 3 flats, one on each floor.

Apartment Cherry is uniquely-designed and equipped modern apartment equipped with satellite TV, telephone and FREE Wireless Internet access. Apartment Cherry has a full kitchen, dining room, and balcony access to a beautiful view.

The apartment benefits from a shared pool(pool is shared between only 3 apts), with a shallow end perfect for the children. Furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two bedrooms on each floor; living rooms; 2 WCs and kitchen with dining room, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

In the courtyard we have swimming pool with warm water, surrounded by fragrant essential oils of local Mediterranean plants - lavender, rosemary, bay leaves, and olive trees.

Quiet and peaceful, yet only five minutes from the larger resorts and historical cities of Nin, Zadar etc the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local markets, and many excellent restaurants for eating out...in addition to Villa Adria's own Croatian Kanoba-Restaurant and bar

The apartment is equipped with new large flat cable TVs; wireless Internet connection (free); dining room with small kitchen and all necessary appliances make people relaxed.

There are 2 single beds, and 2 sofa beds( a double and a single)

BBQ is custom made (use only wood!!!), where our chef can prepare local dishes or guests can make their own.
Take our own bicycle to travel around historical towns of Kozino, Nin, Zadar etc. or swim in our modern swimming pool...or walk to the beach for nice time on the Adriatic

Very friendly English speaking manager will meet guests and show all around. Manager and security guard 24 hours on duty in the Villa.
Villa and Restaurant with Bar open 12 months. Different rates apply for short or long stay, but all rates are very reasonable; deposit required at the time of reservation
Accept all major cards and wire transfers.

No smoking inside of the rooms except on the balcony.
Any breakages/damages to be paid by the guests prior to the departure.
25% of rental fee due to secure booking.

Daily flights to Zadar airport. Property locates 15 minutes from Zadar Airport.
If no direct flight from your country to Zadar, there are many flights to Zagreb and 40-50 minutes flight to Zadar from Zagreb Airport.
From Zagreb aiport to our Villa 3-4 hours drive...just go South to Zadar. Great highways and great views on the way to Villa.
All car rental agencies represented in Zadar and Zagreb.
If need taxi, let us know and we arrange one to pick you up from the aiport.
If need car/van with driver daily, we can arrange for you at low cost.
