Contemporary but rustic and private villa on three levels.

The newly renovated top floor offers beautiful, glossy, white tiles and all-white furniture, giving this large space a sophisticated elegance befitting even the most particular of holiday makers. With a comfortable king size bed, en-suite bathroom and living area, it is the perfect place for the relaxed couple that may want a little privacy during their stay.

The street level has a more rustic feel with large wood-burning hearth, pizza oven as well as a large open fireplace communicating with easy flow to the fully equipped kitchen. The large open-plan living area is furnished with soft whites and natural sand and warm browns bringing a homelike feel to this venue. From the underfloor heating to the spectacular sea and beach views from the wrap around balcony, this home away from home is a gem in its own right.

The lower level contains the two en-suite double bedrooms with direct access to the newly landscaped garden. The views from these rooms are definitely worth writing home about. There is also a separate shower room and two separate bathrooms as well as laundry facilities on this floor.

Outside in the garden, one will find a large, sheltered fireplace as well as a salt-water swimming pool for those beautiful sunny days. A double garage and double carport make this home a dream for multiple guests, with ample entertaining space. Guests need own transport.
