The house boasts 3 generous double/twin bedrooms and a single bedroom which comfortably accommodates 7 people. All the rooms are newly furnished in a chic boutique hotel style, with 2 stunning main bathrooms, and en-suite in the master bedroom.
The living space is a contemporary open plan design, with a separate kitchen and breakfast area. The outside space offers a tastefully landscaped large patio area with additional decking, seating and barbecue area. There is a keypad entry system to avoid any problems with keys.

York is just a short drive away from the Yorkshire Dales, the Yorkshire Coast and a wealth of fabulous beauty spots and places of interest.
Heading towards the East Coast, a visit to Castle Howard makes for a great day out or why not enjoy the fabulous steam railway at Pickering, which is a must for any train enthusiasts. Dalby forest is within an hours drive and offers a range of walking or cycling opportunities.
Another great day out is Harewood House near Otley and a trip to Harrogate provides a great day for some exclusive boutique shopping. In all-something for everyone.
York / York Riverside area
Just a few minutes walk from the York Riverside which leads you into the heart of the city centre for an overwhelming experience of history combined with culture. Attractions include : The Minster, Catle Museum, National Railway Museum, Jorvick Centre, York Dungeons, York Ghost Tours, Tour Buses and of course the famous city walls.

Parking is possible outside the property, however it is a residential parking area so there may not always be space. There are, however, a few car parks in close proximity to the property.
