It also offers a perfect base from which to discover the Yorkshire Dales, coastline and North Yorkshire National Park in the nearby area.

The city centre location means that shops, cafes and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. For a relaxing change of pace, Rowntree Park (20 acres) with lake, playground and picnic areas is a pleasant ten minutes' walk away along the bank of the River Ouse.

Crambeck Court's unique position offers a sample of York's rich historical ambiance without ever leaving the apartment. The sitting room windows overlook a neighboring Anglo-Saxon church which is reputed to be the oldest ecclesiastical structure in York.
