Tranquility Base is a semi detached cottage in the village of Sheriff Hutton, just eleven miles from York. The cottage has one double bedroom with an ensuite, one twin and one single as well as a day bed in one of the sitting rooms, which makes it suitable for up to six people. Also in the cottage is a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburner and a second sitting room with the day bed. Outside the cottage is a lawned garden with outside furniture and a barbecue. With all of the North Yorks Moors, the Yorkshire coast and York itself to discover, Tranquility Base is a superb family holiday cottage.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Roadside parking 25 yards from property. Rear garden with patio, lawn accessed via steps, furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Steps up to the raised pavement to the cottage, steep internal stairs. Note: Arrival is after 6pm, departure is by 1pm.

we stayed there in oct wich was cold outside lovely ,warm inside with every think you need for a holiday ..we found the sound travels easy inside being that thay have wood floors ..but we all 5 of us... more |

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
