In the perfect location for your visit to York set in a quiet residential street, just right for a relaxing stay, whilst only a few minutes walk into the city where you will find the restaurants, cafes, shops and historical sites that York is famous for.

This luxury very spacious apartment is superbly decorated to a high standard with high quality furnishings and a fully equipped high spec kitchen with everything you would need. It has two spacious double bedrooms one of which is a super king size . A fresh family sized bathroom with shower and bath facilities, we also have an extra separate toilet. The large lounge has two luxury leather sofas and a beautiful fireplace with a large bay window, a flat screen TV along side a blueray/ DVD player, and a selection of DVDs, books and board games plus free Wi Fi.

The superb kitchen also has a dinning table and 4 chairs and leading from the kitchen is a door with access through to the pretty garden and seating area with private off street parking for two vehicles next to the back door

Bedrooms: Located at the front of the apartment, the first bedroom is light and airy. It is fitted with lovely Laura Ashley bedroom furniture . The second bedroom is located at the rear of the apartment it has a double bed and large fitted wardrobe.

Bathrooms: The family sized bathroom has recently been refitted with a fresh new bathroom suite and electric shower. There is a also a seperate toilet with new fittings.

Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is fitted with luxury oak units and includes a gas cooker, microwave and fridge with granite worktops. It also has a dining table and seating for four people.

Utility Room: The utility room is fitted with a washing machine and freezer.

Living Rooms: The large lounge is fitted with two quality leather sofas and modern fireplace and includes a flatscreen TV and a large bay window.

All linen and towels are provided, the apartment is professionally cleaned and all towels and linen are replaced after each guest .

A welcome pack is left for visitors upon arrival and the owners are only a short distance away to help or answer any questions. The apartment is very well equipped a home from home.

York is ideally located to visit attractions such as the North Yorkshire moors (Heartbeat country), Scarborough (40 miles), Whitby (Dracula town).

Easy access to Victorian Harrogate and cosmopolitan Leeds and its superb shopping and big city experience.


York is a must visit city when in England and is one of the country's top year round visitor attractions. Its combination of buildings like the Gothic York Minster, the Shambles and cosmopolitan town centre where are interests are catered for makes it unmissable on the tourist trail.

Throughout the year various festivals are run to reflect the seasons whilst places such as the National Rail museum, the Viking Centre are open year round.

There are many excellent restaurants and a cafe culture second to non, the only difficulty is choosing where to eat next.
