Modern and spacious luxury lodge with open plan lounge and dining area. Including large sofa, sofa bed, 32" LCD TV with DVD player, full gas central heating and remote controlled electric wall fire. The lodge has access to wi-fi as provided by the park.
The kitchen has a built-in microwave, high level oven, integrated dish washer, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer; with all cutlery, crockery, glasses, pans and utensils supplied. A washing machine is provided in the utility room, along with an ironing board.
One double room with television and en suite bathroom - including full size bath; and one twin bedroom. Second bathroom fitted with power shower. Cot can be provided on request.

We are able to take payment by Credit or Debit Card, cheque or BACS transfer through our online booking system.
Please note that a provisional booking will be held for 7 days, after which the dates are released to enable re-booking if payment is not received during this time
Notes on Prices
Prices are for the rental of the property in UK Pounds.
A deposit of 33% payment is required to secure the booking. The balance of the booking to be paid no later than 1 month in advance of the actual stay, unless you make a booking within this time, when the total balance is due upon booking.
Arrival time is after 3 pm and departure time is by 10.30am

Unfortunately we do not allow pets to stay at our holiday home
Lodge is cleaned on changeover day
If your circumstances change between 8 weeks and 4 weeks prior to your stay, we may be able to transfer your booking to another date, and will try to do so if required.
The owner retains the right to cancel bookings at any time, this will only be due to unforeseeable circumstances such as extreme weather etc. Alternative dates will be offered, or a full refund will be given in these circumstances. The owner will not accept responsibility for the cost of any additional arrangements made by our guests outside of the lodge.
