Its lounge and dining area and master bedroom command uninterrupted panoramic views across the Solent to the harbour town of Lymington, and from its balcony, a backdrop of exquisite sunsets complete the view of Hurst Castle to the west. The view is ever changing as boating activity creates an interesting variety to the panorama. Remember to leave your windows open to enjoy the peaceful sound of the water lapping on the shores edge and experience the tranquility of this excellent location. The Isle of Wight region
The Isle of Wight enjoys its own little micro climate. Often I can look across the Solent to see dark clouds when we here are bathed in sunshine. Within a stone's throw from Waters Edge you can enjoy leisurely walks along disused steam railway tracks along the Yar estuary (famous for its bird watching), adventerous walks incorporating The Needles and Old Battery and scrumptious dining with an amazing choice of truly different restaurants. Examples include a Michelin starred restaurant at The George Hotel or maybe superb fresh fish at the famous "Salty's" restaurant or a unique experience at the newly opened "On the Rocks' restaurant, where you cook the very best of island beef on a lava stone at your own table. All this within walking distance of your holiday home and just five minutes drive from the ferry terminal at Yarmouth. Waters Edge has been awarded a Five Star Rating with Quality & Tourism.

Further details indoors: The property is newly and very well equipped, 2007 being its first season. We wanted to offer a home from home experience - soft leather furnishing, solid oak furniture, carefully selected mattresses with Egyptian cotton linen, soft fluffy towels, along with a warm welcome to the Island. There are two extra pull out beds that could be used for two children within a shared bedroom - this would incur an additional 200 pound per week.
Further details outdoors: Small seating arrangements for four are arranged on the front balancy and the back garden decking overlooking a garden filled with tropical plants. There is a lock up garage at the property along with ample off road parking at the rear. One minute away on the beach front is the convenient Beach House cafe serving excellent home made snacks and meals. Good local beaches include, Colwell, Freshwater and Compton

Conditions
Rentals are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. A non refundable 250 pound booking fee secures your stay and a 250 pound refundable deposit is held to ensure against damage. This is refundable within one week of departure. Balance payments are due four weeks prior to arrival.
