Boaters is a delightful, New England-style cottage in Yarmouth, on the Isle of Wight. With five bedrooms spread over three floors, it sleeps ten people. There is also a second floor shower room, a first floor bathroom and a ground floor WC. The rest of the accommodation is comprised of a kitchen with dining area and a large sitting room. Outside is an enclosed garden and off road parking. With lots to see and do within easy reach, Boaters is a great holiday base.

The wonderful seaside town of Yarmouth is the oldest town on the Isle of Wight, and is home to a busy harbour, narrow streets, an array of shops and inns, and Henry VIII's castle. The coastal path is a haven for walkers and cyclists, plus walks can also be enjoyed across to the nearby Tennyson Down. The beaches of Colwell and Totland Bays provide great watersports facilities, which makes Yarmouth an ideal base.

'Boaters' was an excellent holiday base to explore the IOW. 10 members of my family - including 2 toddlers - stayed here for a week and really enjoyed this lovely house. A welcome lemon and almond cake was really appreciated too - thank you! A lovely, large and well presented property which is spacious, light and modern. Highly recommended - we would definitely return to this holiday home. Boaters is 1 minute from the ferry and is so easy to get to - making the arrival and departure so easy too. |

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
