Enjoy a comfortable stay in our villa built in the typical architectural style of Lanzarote. Recently redecorated, our villa is situated in Las Breñas, a village on the south of the island. Lavasplace is divided into 4 independent apartments for two people, which can be rented separately: Jaretas, Bermeja, Tingafa and Maretas. The estate has the essential equipment to give you all the comfort you need, such as its outdoor pool and its landscaped area with a stunning sea view. Next to the National Park of Timanfaya, surrounded by more than 30 volcanoes, where you will enjoy a volcanic environment different from any other place.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is called "the island of the hundred volcanoes" because it possesses more than 140 volcanoes. In 1993 it was declared a Biosphere Reserve and has 13 Protected Areas, such as the National Park of Timanfaya. Here you can discover volcanic valleys and large and exotic beaches and practise all kind of water sports: windsurf, diving, sailing, underwater fishing.... Lanzarote is blessed with year-round warm weather with more than 300 sunny days per year.
Yaiza / Las Brenas area
Las Breñas is a small village close to Playa Blanca, a tourist resort on the south of Lanzarote. It is an ideal place to rest after a long tourist journey . It is close to the beaches of Playa Blanca, Papagayo and the Golfo. Our villa, Lavasplace, is next to a restaurant where you can taste the delicious Canary food.
How to get there
From the airport of Arrecife you have to take the road LZ-2 to the south of the island. passing Yaiza, you have to turn on the left by the road LZ-703 to Las Breñas. Las Breñas is 1,7 km from this cross.

Further details indoors: The villa can be rented as a whole or separately because it's divided into 4 apartments for 2 people. Each apartment has a cot and an additional bed if they are required. Each apartment consisits on a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and lounge with a small kitchen for self-catering. Jaretas and Maretas has a bathroom with shower and Bermeja and Tingafa, with bath.
Further details outdoors: Each apartment share the garden and the pool with other three apartments. The whole villa is placed in a private estate. Garden of 1.500m2.

Conditions
It is required the 25% of the rental amount to confirm the booking. The rest of the stay will be paid at least one week before the customer arrives to the villa. Payments can be made by bank transfer.
