Villa Bluebird is situated in the picturesque village of Las Brenas. Quiet and peaceful, yet only an 8 min drive from the larger resort of Play Blanca with a wide range of bars and restaurants along the elegant promenade. Benefiting from panoramic views of the Timanfaya volcanoes, Playa Blanca and Fuerteventura. Just a stroll through to the village of Las Brenanas there is a typical Spanish family run restaurant, a children’s play park, football pitch and church.
The villa benefits from its own beautiful private heated pool, with BBQ area. Leading from the elegant living room is a spacious veranda with stunning sea views, furnished with a tables and chairs to enable you to dine alfresco and table football for your enjoyment. The villa has beautiful gardens to all sides.
With four double bedrooms one with en suite, the villa is ideal for families and couples, with a large separate paved play area for the kids and a huge netted trampoline!

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is the most easterly of the seven major Canary Islands and lies in the Atlantic Ocean only some 100 km (60 miles) from the coast of Africa and 1,000 km (600 miles) from the Iberian Peninsula. The island enjoys an average temperature of 24ºC all year-round due to its advantageous location in the Tropic of Cancer.
As with the other Canary Islands, Lanzarote is Volcanic in origin. Due to the recent eruptions in the 18th and 19th Centuries, many parts of Lanzarote appear to be from another world, often described as 'lunar' or 'Martian', so much so that parts of 'Planet of the Apes' were shot here. The dry climate (and lack of erosion) means that the Volcanic Landscape appears much as it did just after the eruptions.
Among the many stunning Volcanic features of Lanzarote is the longest Volcanic Tunnel in the world, Cueva de los Verdes, which is over 7 km long, whilst Timanfaya National Park is literally covered in encrusted lava. Despite the Volcanic nature of the island, Lanzarote has several beautiful white beaches such as at nearby Playa Blanca and Papagayo.
Yaiza / Las Brenas area
The village of Yaiza was once voted the most beautiful village in all of Spain. Definitely a place to visit, with stunning views of Timanfaya National Park, historic buildings and churches, typical Spanish café bars and restaurants. Situated about 10Km from the resort of Playa Blanca it’s an ideal place to get away from hustle and bustle and relax!!
Las Breñas is a typical spanish village, with panoramic views of the sea, looking over Playa Blanca, Montana Roja and Timanfaya right out to Fuerteventura. It also has a family run restaurant, church, children's play park and football pitch.

• Fly to Arrecife airport Lanzarote – Cheap flights available from most UK and Irish regional airports.
• The vacation starts the moment you land, with fast, friendly and efficient airport staff .

The pool at the villa is heated with solar panels. Occasionally guests like the pool to be very hot To this end an electric pool heater can be used to top the temperature right up at an additional cost of £10 per day.
