Waters Edge is a smart modern property owned from new. It is comfortably furnished to a high standard - a fully equipped 'home from home.'

Three bathrooms (two ensuite) and two well seperated bedrooms ensure privacy and make the property ideal for either family rentals or sharing with friends.

The main living area is on the second floor with a balcony, garden furniture and BBQ backed by wonderful sea views. The garden of the property is directly onto the sea shore.

There is private parking that will readily accommodate two family sized cars and a secure garage area for storing any bicycles or water craft that guests may wish to bring on holiday.

The house is edged by a sea wall to the shoreline and is unfenced due to the restrictions regarding construction in areas of outstanding natural beauty. There is a 20' fall to the beach or fast flowing sea at high tide therefore children must be supervised at all times both in the garden and on the balcony.

Weekly tarrifs may be reduced for 14 day stays or longer.

The Gwynedd region

Y Felinheli is situated half way between the historic town of Caernarfon with its spectacular, Medieval castle and Bangor University town, home to a lovely restored Victorian pier leading out into the waters of the Menai Straits.

The Snowdonian National Park with spectacular mountain walks and the Isle of Anglesy with beautiful beaches and historic sites are both a short drive away.

There are five local pubs/restaurants within walking distance, all boasting good food and prices for every pocket. There is also a small supermarket attached to the post office and a good Chinese take away - the fish and chips are excellent!

There is no shortage of things to do - ancient historic sites, zoos, gardens, castles, narrow gauge trains through the countryside, beaches, waterfalls, boat rides the list is endless. Local shops and pubs have a variety of information leaflets detailing tourist attractions and festivals. The internet is a mine of information in helping to plan and taylor your holiday.
