EVERYTHING YOU NEED
Perfect for couples or individuals looking for luxury self-catering, this modern ground floor apartment is close to amenities and has private garden with parking space plus use of free-to-use open air communal swimming pool.
Rental includes apartment clean (based on minimum 5 night stay), cleaning materials, initial supply of toilet roll, air conditioning, satellite TV, modern equipped kitchen, fresh towels and bed linen on your arrival. I can provide you with an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk and bottled water for your arrival. Keys for the apartment can be obtained from a keysafe in which the code will be supplied shortly before you arrive and easy-to-understand directions will be emailed to you.
To make the most of the outdoor pool, swimming is recommended during the months of May to October when the water is normally warm enough to swim.You are welcome to borrow my outdoor furniture to use around the swimming pool as long as these are not left unattended and returned to the apartment when you leave the swimming pool area.
Xylofagou is more of a residential village with traditional Greek tavernas, local shops, chemist, pubs, post office and petrol stations. The centre of the village is within walking distance of approximately 1 mile / 1.6 kilometres. The coast is only 2 miles / 3.2 kilometres away. I can personally recommend to you some good restaurants in the area. There is a convenient supermarket on the main road as you enter the village and is only a short two minute drive from the apartment complex.
Car hire is strongly advisable due to no rail network and limited bus service. Having a car will enable to you explore the island at your own leisure. The sandy beach of Ayia Thekla is just 9 kilometres away and would take approximately 12 minutes to drive there. One there you can relax in front of the blue mediterranean sea and walk across to the small island. Ayia Napa is only 15 kilometres away from Xylofagou and is in easy reach.
LONGER TERM STAYS
Please note that I offer longer term stays of up to three months subject to a minimum of a one month stay. During the low season of between November and April, the monthly rental is £375.00 and during the high season of between May and October, the monthly rental is £450.00 per month. These prices are based on two people staying and will not show up when you select your dates and you are therefore asked to contact me so the special quote can be sent to you.

The Larnaka District
Larnaca District is located in the Republic of Cyprus. Larnaca District in the south east of Cyprus offers a different pace of life, with the area increasingly popular as a winter resort the area has lots of activities and accommodation on offer to visitors. The seafront of the city is a great place for a stroll, as it is lined with palm trees and cafes. Larnaca offers a wonderful choice of watersports, entertainment and dining.
Xylophagou has banks, pharmacies, village tavernas, churches, cafes, bars, independent shops, post office, supermarkets, newsagents and petrol stations.
Nearby Oroklini has great beaches and an amusement park for the children, the village extends towards the hills and as well as great scuba diving there is cycling and walking. Pervolia is an increasingly popular village, and is popular with Cypriots for their holidays.
There is a Lidl supermarket in the nearby village of Ormideia, which is only a 10 to 15 minute drive away westwards from the apartment. This can be accessed by the A3 highway, which can also take you to other parts of Cyprus including Larnaca, Nicosia, Limassol, Troodos and Paphos.
