This villa offers you the perfect place to explore Cyprus and its history, just a 20 minute drive to lively Ayia Napa with the World famous Water Park or the family resort of Protaras with the famous Fig Tree Bay Beach.

This brand new three bedroom villa with private swimming pool is offered for rent on the outskirts of Xylofagou village. There are shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance and the nearest beach is a ten minute drive away.

This villa is furnished to a high standard - downstairs open plan - fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge. This excellent two-story, spacious villa is stylishly decorated. It has a large open plan living room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen. The well furnished living room and dining area are light and bright, with patio doors leading to the terrace and swimming pool. There is a modern and well-equipped kitchen, with everything necessary for a self catering holiday. Villa has three good sized bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a large balcony with patio furniture and sea views. There are a further two bedrooms on this floor, one with twin beds, the other has a double bed and access to the balcony.Air Conditioning through out.
Outside is the enclosed garden with its own swimming pool, patio area.

The Famagusta region

Famagusta is steeped in history and many of the local villages have museums for you to see how they lived. The location is close to the motor way for easy exploration of the east and west side of the island.

Famagusta one of the last remaining ghost towns in the world! It was occupied in 1974 by the Turkish and remains to this day with fencing all around don’t worry this is just a suburb and safely located on the Northern Borders of Cyprus. If you do fancy an adventure across the border then you are only 20minutes drive away, or we can book you on a jeep safari or coach excursion to visit and see this fascinating part of Cyprus and hear about the history a great day out.

The Xylofagou area

From here you can visit the Troodos mountains where the winter Olympics where held, or go to the market in Larnaca. Pathos is only about an hour and a half's drive away with its many treasures, the tomb of the kings or the mosaics that are over 3000 years old visit Aphrodite's Rock where it is rumoured if you swim three times around it anticlockwise, naked at midnight your soul mate will appear!
Golf is a drive away!

Xylofagou is a typical Cypriot village with bars, restaurants, shops and banks. This walking distance from the villa and many a wonderful evening can be spent with the locals in the Taverner's making new friends.
Yet this villa is close to the larger resorts for more lively pursuits, a taxi will cost about 15/20 Euros.

Fly into Larnaca International Airport and Xylofagou is approx 40 minuet drive to the village of Xylofagou
The property is very easy to reach and only 30 - 40 minutes from Larnaca airport.
- We can assist with taxi pick ups and drop off's if required - please contact us with your flight details to arrange
- We can recommend a local car hire company who offer all of our tenants 20% off their car hire and meet at the airport (we do recommend car hire if you intend to see other parts of the island but being so close to the beach and having your own pool - if you are in the mood for a relaxing holiday then car hire is not compulsory.
- Alternatively taxis are also available from the airport and will charge between 55 - 60 EURO
