In the ground and first floor there are both apartments and in the second floor there is a suite. Each apartment have two double bedrooms and the suite has one double bedroom. The suite differs from the apartments because it has its own private terrace with an astonishing view of the medina. The house is located in the Al-Andalus area, five minutes from Uta Hammam square and close to one of the entrances of the medina, Bab El Souk. The apartments and suite have been decorated with the best Xauen traditional products, from the best craftsmen. The decoration intend to fix to the tradition but with all the facilities to make your stay comfortable. Comfort and good sleeping is the main aim the property inted to fulfil. To this purpose, the quality of the matress is the highest option.
There are beautiful natural environment surrounding Xauen. For instance, you can climb to the hisghest pick (2.150 meters) cloaked in a rare cedar, Abies maroccana, or walk along the rivers Farga and Kelaa, listening the Barbary apes. If you wish sun and beach, Oued Laou beach is only one hour from Xauen, driving along an astonishing road.

The Rif Mountains region

The small city of Chefchaouen, jewel of the north, is situated in a remarkably well chosen site, strategically as well as from the picturesque point of view. Standing up against a ridge of the Rif mountains range which serves to protect it, it slots itself between two summits which are covered in a dense forest of pine trees and corkoaks. Abundant amounts of water from a pure and limpid source, Ras al-Ma, gushing from the mountain hillside, running smoothly down the undulating sides of the small valley, transform the surrounding valley into a multitude of gardens and lush orchards.

Treking:
- Climbing the following peaks between cedars: Sfiha Telj, Tissouka and Lakraa.
- Rivering through the rivers Kelaa and Farga.
- Walking along the Natural Site of Talassemtane.

How to get there

The closest international airport is Tanger (Xauen is aproximately two hours from Tanger airport). Other good option is to take the ferry in Algeciras (Spain) crossing the Strait of Gibraltar to Ceuta (Spain) (it takes 1 hour), once you have crossed the Morocan-Spanish border it takes two hours to get to Xauen. There are many taxis availables in Tanger and Ceuta border to reach the traveler to Xauen.

The apartment is very warm and cosy. We have though that a good sleeping is the first requirement that our clients should make. For this reason our beds have the best mattress with two different pillows and feather duvets to fight against the cold winter nights, all bed linen 100% cotton.
