Home descriptionVery well furnished, also includes children's play area, simply home away from home, towels, linens, iron and board, bbq, pool table and table tenis all included, 1 double room and 2 twin rooms with additional summer house, large pool with outside shower, leather sofas and lots of lovely gardens complete with fruit and nut trees you can help yourself to and of course many places to sunbath on. Mountain views all around and very close to large town with over 200 bars & restaurants to choose from, very peace holiday on a private road. Bathroom includes jacuzzi bath & walk in hydro shower, this is a perfect holiday villa with children or families, we do not accept groups of all same sex parties or under 25's without prior confirmation.

You are totally spoilt for choice for dining and drinking in Xativa as it boasts over 200 bars/restaurants & cafes, there is also the largest night club in Valencia within 10 mins drive from the villa for the younger members or those who like to party till late, as it opens until 7am and holds over 4000 people Xativa areaBeaches at Tavernes are located only 35mins drive away through mountains and orange groves and the famous Gandia beaches are only 45mins away. There is a water park close to Tavernes and springs and waterfalls within 15mins drive if you fancy a change from the pool and beaches. The city of Valencia with its fantastic shopping, eating & drinking and nightlife is from a 35minute direct train ride away, costing only £2.00 each person! How to get there  From Valencia Airport take the N332 towards Alicante, then where you see the Alicante Por Interior A340 road take this and continue straight until you reach Xativa, on the 2nd major roundbout you will see Macdonalds, park in the car park and you will be met there, where someone will show you to the villa
