The house is located in the massif of Caroig in Chella. The main activity is agriculture as the cultivation oranges, olives, fruit and vegetables.
We recommend the visit to the villages in the area, as well as its mountains and rivers. Due to the Mediterranean climate of the area, we benefit from sunny days all year round. The house is perfect for a holiday with family or friends without disturbing the neighbours because of its location.
In Chella you will find a wide range of shops restaurants with very competitive prices. For instance, 8 euros for a fix lunch.
We recommend you to visit the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia, Acuapark, Acualandia or Terra Mitica, plus the lovely beaches in Cullera, Gandia or Tavernes.

This is a two storey property with kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms on each floor. The property is fully equipped. The house offers a modern environment with spacious terraces and amazing views.

Lovely swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The BBQ is also fully quipped with all the utilities you may need. We also provide the equipment for tennis and petaque as you will enjoy the private petanque and tennis courts.
A €150 returnable deposit would be required. We would make a bank transfer 2 days after the holiday if there are no damages.
The property will be in perfect conditions on arrival.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Valencia Province region
Valencia is located in the eastern coast of Spain. The climate is warm in summer, autumn and spring and mild winters. There are three major global events: Formula 1 world championship motorcycle and Volvo ocean race. The city of Xativa is 20 km away from the property and has been declared National Interest Heritage.
Do not miss their local celebrations from 15 to 20 August. The typical food of the area is the tasteful Valencian paella, baked rice and a variety of sweets and pastry.

The main activities near the property are the walks and cycling in natural areas, horseback riding, rafting, canoeing, climbing, caving, etc
"Moros y Cristianos", the most famous celebrations in Chella take place the first week of August every year with several musical performances held every day.
Also, do not miss Fallas in Valencia from the 15th to 19th of March. Enjoy fireworks and mascletas all the time during these days.

The main airlines are easy-jet and ryanair travelling to Valencia and Alicante. If you are travelling to Valencia, car hire would be recommended so you can visit the surrounding area.
The house is located 70 km away from Valencia Airport and 110 km away from Alicante Airport. The highway can be used to get to the property from both airports without charges.

The house is fantastic, spacious, modern and bright. The pool is a good size though slightly small. The house is located up a mountain road about 3 miles from the small town of Chella. Chella is a small and very quiet town with very limited cafe, restaurant and shopping options. There is a large supermarket as you come in to the town. If you are looking to chill out and do nothing for a week or so, the house is perfect for that

11 of us stayed at this fantastic Villa for two and a half weeks during the Olympics. The Villa has been built to a very high standard and all the fittings are very high quality which makes the place feel special. Pool, tennis court and Barbecue all were really good, even wood was provided for the Barbecue. There is a big Supermarket in Chella 5 minutes away along with lots of small shops and a fantastic takeaway (Spanish food only) - we were there for the town parade which was a great night. Don't expect any British pubs around here or places doing a fried breakfast, very few English speakers so come prepared with some Spanish, however Jose the owner speaks very good English. Will certainly look to come again if we can get enough people. The Villa is split into downstairs and upstairs so if you come as two families you get your own space but this might not suit everybody(there is no internal staircase). Thanks to Jose who went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay.

Have just returned from a weeks stay at Casa Rural La Montana (6 of us) and it was everything we had hoped for. The house was spacious, very clean and comfortable and had all the amenties you could ever want. It is the most perfect place to stay if you want to get away from all the usual tourist attractions and see a real part of Spain. The views from the house are absolutely stunning. The local town of Chella is nearby with a very good supermarket,chemist bars etc .
