This stunning new property offering a beautiful pool & every modern facility can provide you with a holiday of peaceful, private sunbathing and swimming in your own grounds. Excellent restaurants, bars, shops and markets nearby with lots of spectacular beaches and coastal towns an easy drive away. The contemporary kitchen has American fridge freezer, cooking range, dishwasher, microwave and a dining area which leads onto the delightful naya with tables & chairs for shady Alfresco dining, step down onto the pool terrace offering lots of sunbathing space, then to the inviting 9m x 5m pool with a shower provided. The gardens and grounds offer a barbeque and many shady spots for reading or enjoying the views. The spacious lounge with flat screen satellite tv etc & further dining area also lead off the naya, then to the central hall leading to a double bedroom, large shower room with washing machine and sweeping staircase to the first floor galleried landing. A master bedroom with ensuite and a twin bedroom each lead onto the first floor terrace - sunbathing & even better views ! There is another twin bedroom with ensuite, a room with two bunkbeds and a family bathroom. Each bedroom has a very efficient cooling ceiling fan.

The Valenciana region

This beautiful area is blessed with stunning beaches, coastal towns and marinas with the backdrop of magnificent mountains and valleys a short distance inland. It caters for every taste - the history and tranquillity of small towns and villages to the bright lights and liveliness of seaside resorts. Golfing, swimming, sunbathing, mountain walking & cycling, horseriding, water parks, sealife shows are just some of the activities to be enjoyed. Rich in history and culture the cities of Valencia and Alicante are well worth a visit.


The very lovely Jalon valley has many small villages to explore and enjoy and is a great area for walking and cycling. Everywhere you will find bars and restaurants, churches and markets to enjoy. Many lively fiestas take place in the villages with firework displays, music, dancing and local speciality food and wines. The valley is covered in vineyards with Jalon being the main centre for bodegas ( much wine tasting to be enjoyed ), excellent restaurants, bars and a famous Saturday morning rastro market. Beaches and marinas are within a 20 minute drive of Jalon.

"An amazing place to stay in a stunning location"

10 of us spent the easter holidays at Finca Romero, there was loads of space for us all both inside and outside of the house, including a huge secluded upstairs terrace and downstairs naya to enjoy. The kids had a whale of a time in the pool. The house is beautifully decorated throughout with great facilities and stunning panoramic views. Lovely easy walk into the Jalon Village where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. We had a great holiday, hope we can return soon.

"Totally relaxing stay in a very comfortable home!"

We spent an extremely relaxing 8 days in this beautifully comfortable house set in its own land in a broad valley within walking distance of Jalon with its tiny old square and bars, a selection of good reasonable restaurants, a supermarket, a weekly 'Rastro' and local markets. Finca Romero is spacious inside and out and very stylishly equipped. The kitchen and living areas lead onto a large shaded 'naya' and terrace fronting a very welcome swimming pool and spacious garden areas looking onto an old characterful converted stone 'casita'. This house would be great for families or groups wanting a holiday in a peaceful pretty location ideal for walks and where they are in easy reach of a lively village with all amenities, very reasonable restaurants, drives to Moraira' Javea, Denia, on the coast, or the bigger resorts such as Calpe and Altea. We couldn't decide where to relax and read - in the sun on the lovely big balcony outside of our bedroom or nodding off on the comfy sofa in the shade of the 'naya' downstairs!
