This spacious villa offers all the required comforts while retaining the original beauty and character of this old building. The house has three double bedrooms two of which have a bathroom or shower room en-suite and terraces with open country views. Large kitchen/dining rooms with open fireplaces and comfortable lounges with wood burning stoves and televisions, create the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The swimming pool is set around open countryside. Barbecue area together with ample sunbathing facilities, guarantee outdoor entertainment. Xaghra is one of the larger villages. The main plaza with its impressive chuch is dotted with little outdoor restaurants, where one can enjoy local food "al fresco". The Ggantija temple, the sandy beach 'Ramla il-Hamra' are the main attractions this village has to offer.Gozo enjoys an excellent climate with sunny weather throughout the whole year

The Island of Gozo region

Gozo is an island , in the heart of the Mediterranean,which in many ways has let time pass without expressing the need to change, in doing so its quaintness has been unspoilt, not more so than in the picturesque villages, where our Gozo farmhouses are found. Only three hours away from any European destination, this island is at peace with nature making walking, biking, swimming and scuba diving an ideal way to while away the time whilst enjoying a truly relaxing holiday .

The Xaghra area

Xaghra is one of the larger villages . The main pjazza with its impressive chuch is dotted with little outdoor restaurants, were one can enjoy local food "al fresco".
The Ggantija temple, the sany beach ' Ramla il-Hamra ' are the main attractions this village has to offer.The village also has two curious grottos, Ta' Xerri and Ta' Ninu, both of them beneath private houses but open to the public. The grottos have remarkable stalactites and stalagmites. The village also has two unusual museums: a Toy Museum; and an old wheat-grinding windmill. The mill, still in working order, has been fully restored
Gozo enjoys an excellent climate with sunny weather throughout the whole year.
