Nine high standard and luxurious homes (2 opened for now), which are named after nine flowers, are the complete confirmation for a relaxing and restful holiday. Their location and their ambient are already enough to assure our clients that they are receiving the best service ever. Keeping in mind that ‘Bullara Gozo Homes’ are localized just a few minutes away from several historical places in Xaghra, such as; ‘The Ggantija Temples’.

It is also important to mention that their location is highly near to all the necessary amenities, like pharmacy, groceries, several restaurants, etc. ‘Bullara Gozo Homes’ also offers a three-car-private garage for each farmhouse, pure walnut furniture and also private pool in each farmhouse. Each and every farmhouse is owned by its particular Mediterranean touch. These farmhouses are the perfect retreat for those who are trying to find some place where he/she can truly enjoy the true meaning of being surely relaxed and to be served with a great priority. The client’s smile, is our satisfaction.

Conditions

Bookings:
- Booking must be made by persons aged 18 years or over.
- Changes in booking are to be forwarded the earliest possible and are subject to acceptance and/or availability.
- Booking is fully confirmed when the requested deposit is fully-settled.

Payments:
- 25% deposit of the total amount will be required to confirm the booking and is to be effected by not later then 7 days from the date of booking acceptance.
- The remaining payment is to be settled a day after the arrival.
- Deposit Payments may be done through (preferable) Paypal.

Additional Charges :
- Specific requests and additional services are provided at an extra charge.
- Clients are requested to inform us during the booking process of any needs in order to comply to their requests in time.

Cancellations:
- Cancellation must be provided in writing by e-mail. Cancellation by phone may not be accepted. Should booking be cancelled, the 25% deposit and additional charges will be retained as cancellation fee.
- However, if Cancellation will occur two months before arrival date, deposit will be refunded.

Property Damage:
- Any damage to the property caused by guests will be charged to the person in charge or the guests/group.

This village is known for its unique historical places such as: Ggantija temples, Xerri’s Grotto, Ninu’s Cave, Ta’ Kola Windmill and also the nice sanctuary dedicated to the Lady of Victory. One can take a stroll and go for a ride with one of our bicycles through the village and visit all these places while having an experience like never before.
