Razzett Pepprina is a beautiful, converted 400 year old farmhouse with original features:high arched ceilings,exposed wooden beams & original rubble walls. The house was recently restored to a very high standard with 2 new upper floors added. Set in a quiet alley, a 5 minute walk from the bustling village 'Pjazza' with it's bars & restaurants. The farmhouse is exceptionally spacious and furnished with Maltese antiques, art and quality furniture. It has a well equipped stone kitchen and dining room with Smeg appliances which leads to a luxurious living room with open fire. The living room overlooks the south facing terrace which has a private swimming pool, stone barbeque and offers all day sun. There are 3 large bedrooms for guest use. All bedrooms have balconies, en-suite bathrooms & restored antique beds. Via a spiral staircase, the top floor bedroom has 2 large roof terraces with panoramic views. The house is perfect for families and couples alike. Nursery equipment & toys provided.

The Island of Gozo region
GOZO is Malta's tiny sister island in the southern Mediterranean. 90km south of Sicily and 300 km from the Tunisian desert.
For foodies, there is a wide selection of excellent restaurants, offering both local cuisine and strong influences from Italy and elsewhere. Fresh fish is plentiful, as is excellent local wine. Each village in turn holds its own 'festa' during summer weekends, with fireworks and traditional horse-racing up the main street.
Gozo is a world class scuba diving destination, and there are many dive schools on the island.
This is Calypso's Isle of Ogygia from Homer's Odyssey, where the beautiful nymph held Odysseus a prisoner of love for seven years. It is a place where legend blends with history. There are Neolithic cave dwellings, the oldest man-made temple in the world - pre-dating the Giza Pyramids by over 1,000 years - and an amazing array of monumental Baroque, neo-Gothic and neo-Romanesque churches and basilicas.
Sailing is a popular pastime around the islands, and several companies offer boat trips and boat hire.
The Gozitan countryside is beautiful, and very popular with walkers.
For older children and adults there is climbing, sea kayaking, diving, biking and hiking activities.
The Xaghra area
5 minute stroll to Xaghra Square which has bars, cafes, restaurants and shops.

Guests should arrange their own flights to Malta International Airport. Air Malta, Ryanair and Easy Jet fly to Malta. The transfer from Malta to Gozo is via a 25 minute ferry crossing. The ferry port is a 40 minute drive from the Airport. Car hire is recommended. We can arrange airport transfers and recommend car hire firms.
