The farmhouse is a 3bedroom 4bathroom house with a large kitchen & dinning area and an outdoor pool. The house is built on 3levels ground, first and second.
Ground floor
The front door leads to a large open-plan millroom which has been converted into a kitchen/dinning and living area. On the lefthand side of the room there is a staircase which leads to the house’s upper floors. Going up 3steps you find a spare toilette. The end of the room leads to the out door pool/ BBQ area.
First floor
2 double bedrooms with own bathrooms. One includes balcony overlooking the pool and country views.
Second floor
The top floor is the penthouse bedroom (en-suit) with a 360 view of the island of gozo. This room has 2 large terraces.

The Island of Gozo region
Gozo (Maltese: Ghawdex) is a small island of the Maltese archipelago in the Mediterranean Sea. The island is part of the Southern European country of Malta; after the island of Malta itself, it is the second-largest island in the archipelago.
Gozo is 67 km² in size, which is approximately the same size as Manhattan. It lies approximately 6 km northwest of the nearest point of Malta, is of oval form, and is 14 km in length and 7.25 km in width.
Gozitans have a very strong identity within Malta as a whole country and Gozo is the only region in Malta which has a Minister responsible for it. Generally speaking, Gozo is more socially conservative than the rest of the country.
The Xaghra area
Probably the earliest inhabited part of Gozo, it is home to the Ggantija megaliths, the Xaghra Stone Circle, as well as underground features Xerri's Grotto and Ninu's Cave. It is the second-largest village after Nadur in Gozo, with a population of 4,200 people (Jun 2008). During the British period of its history, Xaghra was known as Caccia by foreign residents.

Its a 20minutes drive from the airport (luqa) to the Gozo Ferry (Cirkkewa). Once in Gozo its a 10min drive from Mgarr Harbour to Xaghra. Xaghra is a lovely village with marvellous views of the Hilly island of Gozo.

Great house with it's own pool. Within easy reach of shops & a short drive from beach. Beach can be walked to & a bus is available for return to house. Very well maintained & serviced. Great for views of countryside & Gozo. Brilliant for viewing firwork displays during August. Neighbouring villages Fiesta displays can be clearly seen. Private roof balcony is ideal for all day sunbathing. Pool patio is good for sun & relaxing. Ensuite shower & bathrooms are very clean & modern. Great holiday location for everyone. Our family group included ages from 9 years to 67 years. Response: thank you |
