Converted to a very high standard in 2005 from a 150 year old barn - Meadow View is a single story 3 bedroom property, sleeping 7 + t/cot. Exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, inglenook fireplace and many original features.
Meadow View has an enclosed, private garden overlooking a wild flower meadow with a large decked area with a Hot Tub for the use and enjoyment of our guests - the Hot Tub can be used all year round - even in the snow - if you are brave enough!!.
Meadow View offers chic, comfortable, luxury accommodation for the discerning visitor. When it is time for your next well earned break, escape to our stunning barn and discover the beautiful Norfolk Broads, miles of incredible beaches, quiet byways for cycling and welcoming country pubs. The East Anglia / Norfolk region
Meadow View Barn is located in the heart of the Norfolk Broads - an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is something for everyone to enjoy in the area - from boating, fishing, sailing, walking, cycling, birdwatching or simply enjoying the world go by. The nearest beach is only 6 miles away at Sea Palling and the Historic City of Norwich is 15 miles away. The Village of Ludham has a pub, very well equipped local store, butchers shop and tea rooms. There is a Tesco Store in Stalham - approx 4 miles away.
Wroxham / Ludham area
Visit 'Bewilderwood' only 3 miles away - a must for children with Tree Houses, Zip Wires, jungle bridges, boat ride and maze. Boats can be hired for the day at Potter Heigham Bridge only 1 mile from Meadow View. Visit the Quay at Great Yarmouth and discover the historic maritime heritage of this popular seaside resort and The Nelson and Time and Tide Museums. Wroxham Barns (3Miles) is a great day out for all the family - junior Farm, Children's Funfair, Craft Studios, Plant & Rose Centre, Gift Shop and Restaurant. Also nearby are Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens near Great Yarmouth, Pleasurewood Hills and Africa Alive both in Lowestoft.
How to get there
From Wroxham-take the A1062 signposted Ludham, Horning & Potter Heigham.
Stay on the A1062 over Ludham bridge & through the "S" bend in the middle of Ludham village As you leave the village take the first turning on the right - Horsefen Road - Beeches Farm Barns are located on the left hand side of the road.

Bedroom Three is a twin room and again has exposed beams and a vaulted ceiling. There is also a selection of toys, games and children's books and DVDs.

Further details outdoors: Meadow View has it's own garden with a large decked area, outdoor seating and private hot tub. The garden backs onto a wild flower meadow and also has direct access onto a communal recreation area which is perfect for a game of football or cricket.

All bookings of 7 nights start and end on a Saturday. 3 night weekend breaks are available (Friday - Monday) and 4 night Midweek breaks (Monday - Friday). The Barn will available from 3pm on your day of arrival and we would request that you vacate the property no later than 10am on your final day.
A £200 non-refundable deposit must be paid within 7 days of making your reservation - this will guarantee your booking, The balance will become due no later than 6 weeks before the booking start date.

Just wanted to say that we had a lovely stay at the barn, which is beautiful and wonderfully equipped for adults and children. My 4 year old had a fantastic time playing with the toys and the older two loved the freedom of being able to play football outside without the worry of kicking the ball into a neighbour's garden. I HAVE TO SAY AFTER VISITING NORFOLK WITH TWO OF OUR GRANDSONS FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS THE BARN WAS THE BEST BY FAR, IN FACT IT WAS PERFECT AND WE ALL ENJOYED IT IMMENSELY.
