This large detached property (not a park home) is located in a private peaceful road just off the seafront and offers spacious accommodation. Very well equipped and furnished to a high holiday let standard to provide excellent, comfortable and relaxing holiday accommodation. The lounge has large patio doors leading to the pretty sheltered garden with sunny patio, a seated arbour, BBQ, sunloungers and table & chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. The bedrooms have plenty of storage space and there are 2 wc's and a family bathroom. The spacious kitchen has all the conveniences of modern living including dishwasher, microwave & washing machine in the large utility room. There is also a childrens games area. With gas central heating throughout & additional electric fireplace in lounge, Seashells is cosy at any time of the year. An ideal seaside retreat for families and couples.

The bright and sunny lounge has large patio doors overlooking the rear garden. There is flat screen Freeview TV and a small selection of DVDs and videos.
Also, table top football, air hockey & junior snooker table. A few board games have been provided including scrabble, chess, draughts, children's ludo and snakes and ladders.
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances including dishwasher and washing machine.
The bathroom has electric shower over bath and there are 2 separate cloakrooms.
Large master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, drawers, full length cheval mirror. There is also a guest bed to sleep 5th person.
Twin bedroom with wardrobe and drawers.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm booking. The balance + £100 damages deposit to be paid 8 weeks before the date of arrival. If booking made 8 weeks or less before the date of arrival full payment is required.
Refundable breakages/damages deposit of £100 payable with balance, to be refunded by post or Credit Card/PAYPAL (if paid via PAYPAL) within 7 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Worthing is known for being the sunniest location of the south coast with lots to see and do in the local area. It is also an ideal base if you wish to visit London. By train from local rail station direct to London Victoria station (approx 1 hour) and by car it takes (approx 90mins).
Brighton (12 miles) with the famous Lanes, Royal Pavillion, Sealife centre and Brighton Marina. Excellent resaurants, cafes, theatres and clubs.
Historic Arundel is 5 miles away with its castle, cathedral and Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust set in over 60 beautiful acres.
Littlehampton (5 miles) with fun fair and boating lake.
Chichester Festival Theatre (15 miles)

The Worthing / Ferring-on-Sea area
The highly recommended 'Bluebird' seafront cafe is a few minutes walking distance along Ferring foreshore and serves breakfast and meals throughout the day and The Rife provides a pleasant riverside walk.
The seafront at Ferring is easily accessible from the bungalow with level pathways and benches looking out to sea. Lovely dog friendly location. Dogs allowed on most beaches.
Worthing is the local town with many restaurants, theatres and shops. The South Downs National Park provides many picturesque downland treks or for those wanting the excitement of city life, Brighton is within easy driving distance with its excellent shopping and numerous attractions. London is easily accessible by train or car.
The surrounding area offers various museums, National Trust properties and gardens, country walks and beaches. Racecourses at Fontwell, Goodwood and Brighton. Golf courses close by at Worthing and Littlehampton.

We were very pleased with the accommodation offered at Seashells. It was clean and warm considering the time of year we stayed. Within walking distance of the beach. The children really enjoyed the games room and were very comfortable on the beds provided. The kitchen had everything you could need. |

My husband and I enjoyed our short break at Seashells in March this year. The bungalow was well presented, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The weather was cold and we were glad to use the central heating. The bed was comfortable with plenty of linen provided and off-road parking was no problem at the front. Seashells is so conveniently placed for the sea front, just a short walk away. It is also well placed for visiting the surrounding area, Brighton, Beachy Head and Eastbourne are all within easy reach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seashells and hope to visit again. The owners were friendly and helpful and the welcome tray was much appreciated. A real home from home. |

We loved our stay in light and bright Seashells with the sunny enclosed garden which was perfect for the dog. The position of the property is excellent, in a quiet residential area, and very close to the sea front. It's a short walk from the Bluebird cafe, which is dog friendly inside and out. |
